Problems with the Workflow Feature

Hey there!
I've been trying to optimize my workflow with the worklow-feature from bridge for a month now.
For my work i have to produce a lot of different image versions with various formats and resolutions, sometimes with title treatment, sometimes without but always with a specific filename for ingesting in our CMS.

Here are the problems i'm experiencing so far:
>>> First of all im encountering a bug when scaling images while changing the aspect ratio, instead of cropping the image acordingly to the new aspect ratio, it just exports me 1px of height no matter what i do.
I found this bug appears in 2024 and 2023 Version, but not in 2022 Version. Therefore im using the 2022 Version of Bridge, but it would be nice to have that fixed in a future update.

>>> Then i'm running into the maximum Limit of queued workflow jobs quite fast, is it possible to raise that limit? At the Moment im working on a TV Series that has 16 Episodes, with around 10 picture alterations for each Episode this limit is reached after 2 Episodes and i have to do the process of assigning presets and starting the Job queue 8 times. In a optimal scenario you should only have to do this once.

>>> Next problem i have is that i have a lot of workflow presets...
you can take a look at my screenshot - its a mess! And thats only a third of my presets displayed right there.
It would be great to be able to create Folders and organize them.
Optimally when i drag a picture on a folder with presets it should then assign all of the presets in that folder to the image and queue them up.

Mainly i'm trying to reach out to Adobe to solve the problems, but if the community has any tips how to change anything for the better, i would be thankful as well!

Limit on Queued Workflow Jobs:

Do you need to run the different workflow for each picture, if it is the same workflow that need to be run on all the pictures of the episode. Then you can select all the assets and add them to the workflow which will go as one job only.
