Rating Shortcuts, disabling the necessity of pressing simultaneously Cmd is no longer possible

In earlier Bride versions there was a checkbox to disable the necessity of pressing Cmd+[key] and getting rid of that additional command. Please see attached screen shot, in earlier version there was a checkbox to disable the necessity of pressing Cmd.

Is there a possibility to permanently activate that star rating and colour label are permanently also show in full screen view (that what you get after pressing the space bar)?

When will we get a more modern and faster importer with the possibility to sort and group by date, similar to that one in LrC? Missing since years: a filter to switch between displaying of images/videos/images+videos in the importer, all of them, Bride, LrC , Lr.
