What I want to do in Bridge is simply to open folders containing photos and then view thumbnails of the photos. I used to do this all the time with the older version. Please tell me how to perform this simple task with this damn new version!

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Hi, @stephenb17924289, can you please elaborate on what you're doing that isn't working? How are you trying to access folders of images? What are the steps you are taking?

It's a bit of a challenge to direct you to a more productive workflow if we do not know your current workflow.

Also, please supply what version of Bridge (and what release) you are using and what your OS is (and what release).

This may be a silly question or perhaps not, but do you have a content panel open? That is where you will see image thumbnails when you open a folder of images. You might try different workspaces too.

If this does not help can you upload a screenshot here showing what you are seeing.
