Unable to rate images.

Running Bridge 13.0.2.636 on macOS Ventura 13.2.1 with American keyboard
Cannot label/rate images using short cuts (1,2,3, etc). Have rebooted, cleared cache, searched for solutions online. Have checked and unchecked option for Cmd.
Rating is applied, but if you move to the next image and then back, the rating disappears.

1. Are you facing 2 different issues?

• Cannot apply label/rate using shortcuts
• If the  rating is applied but it disappears when you move to another image

2. Video recording of the issue?

3. What type of files you are trying to label/rate?

4. Where are the files present? On server or local drives?
