I'm sorry, but I have no idea why it is not showing up in your Right-click. It is in mine.
Which version of Bridge are you using and what is your OS (and which release)?

Thanks Gary for your screenshot, and response.
I use Adobe CS5. I've had for quite some years now. I love it. I use it every day, multiple times. I use it on my PC (I couldn't possibly use these Adobe products on my iPad, they are too big and powerful!).
Although it happened just after I noted that when I write click and select file info I have access to when the original file was created however I noticed it was about a month ago now when I write click a file in Microsoft Explorer it didn't tell me when the original date of creation was it only told me the date that it was stored in that folder And so I thought well thank goodness for bridge because I really like to know often when the original day creation was and Microsoft couldn't do it.
So, just after having that thought, the following week, ofcourse, the file info is missing from bridge, and still had not retuned 1 mnth later.
I thought just now to check it again – and hey presto, its back!
But I noted now, it does not work on microsoft documents only, File info shows on all other file types, just not word documents. Not sure if this has always been the case, I would not think so, as I most likely would have noticed before now.
mmm.

Wow; if you're using CS5, you should consider yourself amazingly lucky it's working at all.
Just as a hint, when you are using software that's old, very old, you should add that to your question because it can "flavor" the help you receive.
Needless to say, that software reached the EOL (End Of Life) many years ago, and there will be no updates or bug fixes for it, ever! Also, if you update your computer and/or software, all bets are off for it to continue working. So, do what you can to keep what you've got working. Good luck!
But if it's still working for you and delivering what you need, fantastic!
