Windows 10 und Bridge 2023

Auf meinem Windows 10-Rechner ist Bridge 2022 bestens gelaufen. Dann kam ein automatisches Update auf Bridge 2023 und Bridge ließ sich nicht mehr öffnen. Jetzt habe ich wieder Bridge 2022 downgeloaded und es funktioniert. Wer kennt sich in dieser Angelegenheit aus?

J'ai connu ce problème en novembre. Je suis revenu à la version 2022. J'ai suivi les créations de mise à jour mais je n'osais pas revenir aux nouvelles versions 2023. J'ai fini par installer la version beta 13.0.2 et cela semble bien fonctionner. J'attends encore un peu de voir les différentes réactions avant d'installer la dernière version?

To better investigate the issue, could you please share the following information?

1. OS and machine  details

2. Bridge version which is causing the issue

3. Is there any error message after you launch Bridge or it is not opening without an error message?

4. A video recording of the issue?
5. Please share logs with sharewithbr@adobe.com -  On Windows, you can find logs at the following location -> 

appdata/roaming/Adobe/Bridge 2023/BridgeLog.log (share this  file)

6. Could you please reset preferences and then relaunch Bridge 2023 and check if that resolves the issue? You  can follow this to reset  the preferences - Start Adobe Bridge and immediately press Ctrl+Alt+Shift (Windows) 

appdata/roaming/Adobe/Bridge 2023/logs/ (share the entire  logs  folder)
