Can you please specify which platform you are facing this issue on? Are you working on a desktop browser or an iOS/Android mobile app? If you're on a desktop browser, could you try working in incognito/private browsing mode? If you're on a mobile device, please ensure that the app is updated to the latest version and that your device is running on an official OS and not on any beta OS.
You may also want to try switching to a different internet connection to see if that makes any difference. If you still face the issue, please share a screen recording of the workflow so we can investigate.
