Hey, @Wishful Beginner. Since you are able to download the project on your home computer/network, the issue might be with the work network. You may need to ask your IT administrator to whitelist Adobe domains. Please refer: https://adobe.ly/42zBFq0

Also, please share the affected project URL with us via the Community DM. We'd like to test it on our end as well.

Unable to download project (any format). Getting the following error message: "Download failed - We're experiencing a temporary Adobe Stock service outage. Please try again later or contact Adobe Support for help." I've tried other browers, cleared cache, tried over course of several days.

Hey, @Wishful Beginner; Welcome to our Adobe Express Community!

Are you still having trouble downloading projects in Adobe Express? Have you tried clearing your browser's cache and cookies to see if that makes any difference? Can you share a screen recording with the error message so we can check and investigate?

Let us know about your observation. Currently, the app seems to work fine, and projects can be easily downloaded without any issues.

Best,

Amitej

Thank you for responding.  I have tried this on both Microsoft Edge and Chrome browsers, and have cleared the cache on both.  I have two adobe accounts and this happens on both.  Since this happens on my Windows work computer, but not on my home Mac, I wonder if that has anything do to with it.  If I have to speak with my work IT department about this, what issues might be causing this error?
