Hi @gavinw52431327 ,

Can you please upload one or more of the reference images being rejected?

Thanks,

Hi @gavinw52431327,

You cannot share generated images by copying the URL. You have to "copy link to image". That is select "K" then "B" indicated in this reference diagram. That copies the link to the clipboard and you can paste it in a post.

when i go to do that, it doesn't work, probably related to the initial issue I am having with images I am creating on Firefly in violation when trying to use as a reference image... 😒

Hello @gavinw52431327,

The image you have displayed there is the image you are using as a reference image?  or was generated from the reference image?  I ask because this is a different error. Can you upload the jpeg of the reference image you used for the first error?
My best,

That image with the four images in it is an image of my firefly console in which I created those four images on the platform - however, all four of those images when used as a reference image get flagged as in violation. This is a persistent problem happening with dozens of images26.jpgexpand image28.jpgexpand image33.jpgexpand image36.jpgexpand image38.jpgexpand image40.jpgexpand image

Ok, so I got the same error as you for 36 and 38 but not 26 and 40. Based on my review of those images, I believe they are triggering the too much skin showing error, but must be close to the line which is why some are blocked and others are not.  It might seem odd that it would block images that it created itself, but the component that reviews reference images is not the same as the one that produces the images, so anomolies like this do happen.

Since the composition reference really does not need the exact colour (the style reference might), you could darken the skin and clothes of the structure reference (or just make it an outline) and that likely will resolve the issue.

Please let me know if you still have problems after that.

My best,
