Whenever I like an image I can on like three at least on the static gallery but soon as I scroll and try to like another image the page shoots me back up to the top of the screen.
Thank you for your message. I was not able to reproduce that. Can you please tell us what OS and browser you are using and the version numbers? Could you please capture this behaviour in a video?
Going through community photos, when I press the Like it will work on first photo, but when i try to add on another photo it does not add but instead goes back up the page to the last picture I Liked..
I'll be brief - as I scroll the Adobe Firefly Gallery page, the page suddenly shifts, scrolling up when trying to "like" something, making this extremely tricky to do (impossible in most cases). It consistently does this and I'm not sure why. It does this on different computer systems, so I'm not sure what's going on with the site. In addition, when I finally am able to "like" something in the gallery, I don't see any visible way to filter those likes.
Hopefully, someone can help with some suggestions or maybe update the site?
Thanks for bringing this up. We've shared the issue with the team. The purpose of likes is to inform the creator that their work has been appreciated, not to let the person who liked it track gallery images.
Thank you for your quick response, but just to clarify - I know what "likes" are for and I did not ask to "track" anything. I simply was looking for a way to easily access the photos/videos that I liked, especially since the page appears to consistently refresh while scrolling (the other issue I'd written about). The sentence, "We apologize, but there is currently no way to filter likes." would have sufficed.
Thank you for clarifying. You’re right at this time there isn’t a way to filter or access liked photos/videos directly, though we agree it would be a valuable feature. We’ve shared your feedback with our product team, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to help us improve Firefly.
For another issue, we're able to reproduce and logged a bug.
