yesterday the interface was updated, today it rolled back to the old one again, it worked 2 times and again like a stump in the deck - the same error as the person above. well, at least unlike yesterday's plan, but that's just the beginning of the sense, if again it was not possible to process it) the last few days something has been storming and storming.
Same issue here - we've been having it for about a week now without any success ... and cannot download files (no matter the size/format) at all ... Chrome/Firefox/Safari all exactly the same ... we just get this black popup occur.
It uploads fine, enhances fine and plays back fine after the enhancement.
I had been using it perfectly for a several weeks prior with no issues on the same machines (have tried on MacOS, iOS, Ubuntu and just now a Windows machine).
It's not cookies / cache - I just tried it on a machine that's never been to any Adobe websites before and it happened first time after logging in.
We have very good (250Mb) internet ... with no other internet issues and no firewall in use.
This happens, in my experience, about 15% of the time. (It happened yesterday with a 20 minute file.)
I see Adobe never replied to this post/string. I gave them feedback from their link, including a short video demonstrating how clicking the Download button does nothing. I also requested they provide a page where all of our recent enhanced audio files exist plus the ability to download the enhanced files there.
I'm hearing crickets from Adobe.
Why would I ever get on the paid plan when things like this happen?
