Hey, @MassiveTM. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll need more info to help you figure this out. I reviewed your account and couldn't find an active subscription.

Please share more details:

1—Exact version of Lightroom.

2—How was the image shot?

3—Does this happen when you shoot in DNG using a mobile Camera or use Lightroom's in-app Camera to shoot in RAW or JPEG?

Could you upload a few HEIC sample images to a cloud file-sharing service and share a link with us?

Awaiting hearing from you.

Thanks!

Hi @Sameer K ,

I don't have any subscription. I'm using the free version

1 - Version 10.4.4

2 - Shooter by Xiaomi Camera App - nothing special

3 - Using jpg or jpeg, no issues occurred

4 - This are 2 original images : Google Drive Images HEIC

I'm waiting for your response 🙂

Thanks for sharing the images. I can confirm that Lightroom, Lightroom Web & Mobile, Camera Raw, and Lightroom Classic appear green. In any other non-Adobe file viewer, the images appear to have a Red tint. Only in my mobile gallery does the image appear to have a normal preview.

Does this happen with a specific set of images or all of them? Have you recently updated your mobile device? Could you add more images shot after this message to the Google Drive folder?

I'm looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks!

Hi @Sameer K ,

I bought my Xiaomi 15 just 5 days ago, and I had the new update of Android 16 immediately.

This bug happens with every photo in HEIC format, obviously it works perfectly with JPEG/JPG.

I will attach new photos to the same folder link : Google Drive Image HEIC - Xiaomi 15

Thank you,

Thanks for sharing this update. Although Android 16 for non-pixel devices is still in Beta, troubleshooting the beta operating system may not be fruitful. I've let the team know about this with the provided sample images.

Thanks!

Thank you @Sameer K , will this problem be solved in weeks or months?

I have a journey in September and I want to use Lightroom to correct some photos.

Thank you in advance

You can still shoot in JPEG, or use Lightroom's in-app Camera to shoot in DNG, and it should work as expected. For now, I've moved this thread to bugs and the team is working on this. Will update the thread with relevant updates.
