Hello guys, I'm using Adobe Lightroom on my mobile phone (Xiaomi 15 based on Android 16) and when i try to import HEIC photos, the preview come green. I'll attach some photos.
Hey, @MassiveTM. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll need more info to help you figure this out. I reviewed your account and couldn't find an active subscription.
Please share more details:
1—Exact version of Lightroom.
2—How was the image shot?
3—Does this happen when you shoot in DNG using a mobile Camera or use Lightroom's in-app Camera to shoot in RAW or JPEG?
Could you upload a few HEIC sample images to a cloud file-sharing service and share a link with us?
Awaiting hearing from you.
Thanks!

Thanks for sharing the images. I can confirm that Lightroom, Lightroom Web & Mobile, Camera Raw, and Lightroom Classic appear green. In any other non-Adobe file viewer, the images appear to have a Red tint. Only in my mobile gallery does the image appear to have a normal preview.
Does this happen with a specific set of images or all of them? Have you recently updated your mobile device? Could you add more images shot after this message to the Google Drive folder?
I'm looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks!

Thanks for sharing this update. Although Android 16 for non-pixel devices is still in Beta, troubleshooting the beta operating system may not be fruitful. I've let the team know about this with the provided sample images.

You can still shoot in JPEG, or use Lightroom's in-app Camera to shoot in DNG, and it should work as expected. For now, I've moved this thread to bugs and the team is working on this. Will update the thread with relevant updates.

Hey, @massive™_5282. Thanks for tagging me. Our teams are working on this, and you can keep the HyperOS updated to verify if new images appear correctly.
