Camera-matching Profiles are applicable to Camera Raw, Lightroom Classic, and the Lightroom Ecosystem products (Desktop, Mobile, and Web).Note: Not all cameras will receive camera-matching profiles. This thread is a place to request missing camera-matching profiles for specific models. Please include a complete camera model designation and a list of the specific camera-matching profiles you are requesting in your request. If your camera is already listed in this thread, please reply to the specific camera’s post rather than just posting in-line. Camera-matching profiles are provided for some camera manufacturers and models. As raw support is added for individual camera models, camera-matching profiles for some cameras may be added when raw support is initially offered. Other cameras may see camera-matching profiles added at a later date. It is also possible that a specific camera may see a long delay or perhaps not ever receive a specific camera-matching p
The July 2026 update to Camera Raw (v18.4.1) pairs the creative power of Generative Expand with a new Fullscreen Presentation mode for showcasing your work and a new autofocus points overlay for supported raw files. What’s NewCamera Raw (v18.4.1) gives photographers more creative range and a smoother workflow. Generative Expand is ready whenever you need it, letting you extend your photo's canvas and fill the new areas with content that blends naturally with the original image. The new Full screen presentation mode lets you showcase/ review your photos in a focused manner, move through them with the arrow keys, and right-click to customize the background color and layout. A new autofocus points overlay shows your camera's focus points directly on the photo preview for supported Canon, Nikon, and Sony raw files, so you can check focus at capture time without affecting your edits or the file's metadata. This release also adds support for new lenses.Learn more about the latest updates her
Lens Profiles apply to Camera Raw, Lightroom Classic, and the Lightroom Ecosystem products (Desktop, Mobile, and Web). Lens Profiles are available for a wide array of lenses. Not every lens is currently profiled, and of those profiled, not all are profiled for all camera and file types. For example, there may be a profile for a particular lens and camera mount for the raw file but not for the JPEG. Normally, profiles for JPEG are not supplied unless the camera does not apply a correction (e.g. iPhone, GoPro). A complete list of profiled lenses can be found here: https://helpx.adobe.com/camera-raw/kb/supported-lenses.html other helpful info: https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/multi/lens-profile-support.html#Supported_lenses Lens correction for all Micro 4/3 (MFT) lenses and many newer cameras, including Panasonic and Olympus cameras, and other cameras (including Fuji X, Leica Q, and Nikon Z series)plus many point-and-shoot models from Ca

When presented with a New Post screen in the Adobe Community, you are given three options for Conversation Type: Discussion, Bug, and Idea. If you were searching in Discussions, the New Post window will default to Discussions. If you are searching in Bugs, the New Post window will default to Bugs and likewise for Ideas. Many customers instinctually report problems they are experiencing as “Bugs”. It is natural to think that a problem you are having might be a bug. A bug is defined, for our purposes, as “something in the software that is not functioning as it was designed to function”. Interpreting whether a behavior is a bug or not is not always easy, however. Here are some reasons why you might want to consider posting first to Discussions rather than jumping straight to reporting in Bugs: Most items reported as Bugs are not actual bugs. In a typical group of reported bugs, only about 3 out of 25* bugs reported turn out to be actual bugs. Of those, typically 2 ou
Adobe is excited to receive requests for additional features you need to enhance your workflow. What can you do to increase the chances of being heard? Don't use the words "Feature Request" in your post's title. Search for and add to existing feature requests rather than creating duplicates. There is no advantage to creating a second request for any existing feature request. One request per thread! When creating an Idea or Feature Request thread, please keep requests for features to ONE request per thread. Doing this will allow others to vote on a single, specific feature and not confuse Upvotes amongst a list of feature requests. If an Idea thread has multiple requests in it, a moderator may ask you to split the multiple requests up into multiple threads so others can vote. In the event there remain multiple requests on a thread, the first item requested will be the arbiter of where the thread will be cross-referenced or merged. Describe how the featu
Bugs should only be reported for the latest or current version of Camera Raw. If you believe you have a bug it must be verified on the latest version of Camera Raw. New bug reports will not be accepted for older versions of the software. If you believe you have encountered a bug, it is important to first search the existing bugs to see if your issue and a possible solution or workaround have already been reported. If so, please add to that thread. If not, it may be prudent to start a new thread.Greater than 90% of the bugs reported are not actually bugs. Before starting a new thread, please read:P: Do I post in Discussions or Bugs? When logging a new bug report, it's required by the Camera Raw team for the information in the report to include steps to reproduce the bug experience. Once we can reproduce an issue, then we can start to investigate a fix. Bug reports without reproduction steps will be moved to discussions. If, after some troubleshooting, we find
When I updated to the latest Camera Raw 18.4.1, the Denoise AI disappeared and only the original Denoise is there. When checking why this is what is suggestedEnable Technology Previews:In Photoshop: Go to Photoshop > Settings > Technology Previews (Mac) or Edit > Preferences > Technology Previews (Windows). Check the box for "New AI features and settings panel". Restart Photoshop or Bridge. That box containing New AI features doesn’t appear in either Photoshop or Camera Raw settings in Bridge. Can someone tell me where to find and fix this problem?
With the new update 18.4.1, it’s now impossible to have an image always cropped to non-transparent pixels. There used to be a checkbox ensuring your photo didn’t have any transparent pixels while making Geometry changes and now it’s replaced with a button. That checkbox was optimal for my workflow. Now the behaviour is a bit odd. If “Enable Expand” is unchecked, it will be cropped to non-transparent pixels only if you’re not doing any Geometry changes. For example the Angle setting will stay within opaque pixels, but Rotate won’t. But it should! Is it a bug or a feature?Today constraining crop is a button in the top right of Crop & Expand. The work I do needs to be fast, and this new feature isn’t. I have to click that button every… single… time because I’m doing Geometry changes all the time. It’s time consuming. The checkbox made sure I always had 100% opaque pixels. No hesitation, the real deal no matter what. While editing Geometry, I knew exactly the outcome of the crop because th

Updated on July 7th, 2026.This post is to collect in-app customer feedback on the Generative Expand feature in Camera Raw. Generative Expand seamlessly blends the edges of your existing image with newly generated content that naturally fits into the background without taking away from your photo’s original subject. Some use cases for Generative Expand are: Expand the canvas for images that were accidentally cropped Fill in the edges of Geometry Edits Adjust the aspect ratio of a photo for social media We'd love to hear what it does well, what it doesn't, and how you'd like it to work. Please also include the following details in your post: Camera Raw version System details Example image(s) if you wish to share Our team continually monitors this thread. This post applies to Adobe Camera Raw plug-in. Adobe Camera Raw team is sharing an early look of our new Reflection Removal feature, which removes reflections caused by plate glass surfaces from photos. Note: The feature currently only works on raw photos. Support for JPEGs & HEICs is added in the April 24 Update. There is a known issue on some Windows machines where the feature may produce a corrupt image. We are working on a fix for the upcoming release. Check out HelpX for more detailed usage information. For more technical information on the underlying technology, please refer to this Blog post. Getting started with the Reflection Removal feature: Make sure you have the “New AI Features and Settings Panel” Technology Preview enabled in the Camera Raw plug-in Preferences dialog (requires restarting the host application to activate). Go to the Remove panel [B] , and in the “Distraction Re
The „Done" button in Camera Raw has no keyboard shortcut. „Enter" opens the image in Photoshop, „Escape" cancels without saving — but „Done" (save settings and close without opening in Photoshop) is only reachable by mouse click. Please add a keyboard shortcut for „Done". (macOS)
Hi,After updating to Camera Raw 18.4.1, GPU acceleration stopped working.I'm using:Photoshop 27.8.0 Camera Raw 18.4.1 Windows 10 22H2 Intel UHD Graphics 620Everything was working fine before the update. Now Camera Raw shows: "Camera Raw graphics acceleration is not supported by your system." The Use Graphics Processor option is locked to Off.I already tried:Updating the Intel graphics driver. Resetting Camera Raw GPU settings. Recreating the CameraRaw and GPU folders. Reinstalling Camera Raw.Nothing helped.Has anyone experienced the same issue after updating to 18.4.1?Thanks!
I am a professional wedding photographer and I edit between 30,000 and 50,000 RAW files every year using Photo Mechanic, Adobe Bridge and Camera Raw.For many years, after confirming a crop in Camera Raw, the image automatically returned to 100% zoom. This behavior became an essential part of my editing workflow and muscle memory.Since updating to Camera Raw 18.4.1, this behavior has changed. The image now remains at the previous zoom level, forcing me to manually press Command + 1 after almost every crop. This may seem like a minor interface change, but for professionals editing tens of thousands of images every year, it adds thousands of unnecessary keystrokes and noticeably slows down the editing process. Please consider restoring the previous behavior or, even better, adding a preference that allows users to choose what happens after confirming a crop:• Return to 100% zoom• Keep current zoom• Fit on screenCamera Raw is an exceptional tool, and this request is simply about preserving t
Please can someone explain the changes to the crop tool in Camera Raw (18.3)?When using the gemoetry options I cannot crop to the edge of the image no matter what I do - this was no problem before. When the crop area is maximised, the crop tool no longer drags the cropped area, it only draws a new area to crop. This is incredibly frustrating. Please can someone tell me how to get the legacy crop tool back? This wasn’t included in any “What’s New” content I have seen.
Announcing a new feature now in Adobe Camera Raw (17.2) – Removal of Distracting PeopleUnder the Remove dialog, under Distraction Removal, we have added an item called “People”. This feature supports faster and easier detection and removal of distracting people in an image. It is offered as a Tech Preview in the Adobe Camera Raw Plugin-only and is available now. Please try it out and let us know what works well, what doesn’t work well, and anything that might improve the experience. Thank you! Peter Baust - Dir, Product Management Posted by Rikk Flohr
Hello Adobe Team,I have found a reproducible issue with Camera Raw 18.x.System configuration:Windows 10 Pro 64-bit Adobe Photoshop 27.8 (official Creative Cloud version) Camera Raw 18.4.1 NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti (latest Studio and Game Ready drivers tested) Intel Core i7-8700K 32 GB RAMIssue:Simply opening the Presets panel in Camera Raw causes the following error:"The graphics processor has encountered an unrecoverable error. Due to a run-time error, GPU acceleration has been disabled for the remainder of the session."After this message appears, Camera Raw becomes unstable and continues to display the same error until Photoshop is restarted.Important findings:Camera Raw 17.5 works perfectly on the same computer. Camera Raw 18.0, 18.3, 18.4, and 18.4.1 all reproduce the problem. Lightroom Classic works perfectly with the same RAW files and the same presets. The problem occurs only in Camera Raw Filter inside Photoshop. The error appears simply by opening the Presets panel. In many
I’m using Geometry panel in ACR on everyday basis, but after some latest update it is harder to use again. Why geometry panel is now collapsed by default, when there is no need to save space for other tools? Why do I have to expand panel for every single image? How do I make it expanded by default? Why do you do these nonsense changes, that dont help, Adobe?
Camera Raw 18.4 should include a preference to return automatically to "Fit in View" after crop operations. Earlier workflows were faster because the image always returned to the full-screen view after validating a crop. Please add a user preference to choose between preserving zoom level and returning to Fit in View.
MacOS, ACR 18.4.1In the previous versions of ACR _before_ the new AI Expand tool, I could scroll up and down images on the left hand side gallery while in the “Crop and Expand” tab (just like in all the other tabs like in “Edit”, “Remove”, etc.) with arrow up and arrow down on the keyboard. Now it’s not the case anymore. I can’t scroll ONLY in “Crop and Expand.” My guess is that the addition of AI Expand has broken or disabled the arrow key scroll feature. Please fix. Thanks.
On Camera Raw, the file looks perfect, but once it’s in PS it’s horrible. The transition from shadows to highlights is completely pixelated. How can this be fixed??
Cropping an image (sometimes some border parts are transparent pixels ) : when generative development sub-panel is rolled down(”generate” button lit in blue) generate fill starts automatically and it fails; when rolled up (“generate” button not visible), it doesn't automatically start. Seriously Adobe? Is this a software we pay money for? Please @adobe stop giving us meaningless new versions; we prefer tools that actually work to flashy Firefly options.
