Not the owner of the files I made.

I created an Adobe Illustrator file on a computer and saved it to the Adobe Cloud. I can open that file just fine on a different computer. But if I create a file on that computer and save it to the Adobe Cloud, it says I'm not the owner when I try opening it on the first computer. Both computers are signed into the same Adobe account.

    One of my friends told me to sign out and sign back in. It ended up working, and I can now access the files. He said it was something with my PC not syncing to Creative Cloud correctly.

      Hello @cayden_3987,

      Could you confirm if your files are saved as Cloud Documents? If yes, please share a link to the file, along with a screenshot of the error message, so I can check it on my end.

      Note: While sharing the file, kindly make the link public and enable the option to Save a Copy under Link Settings.
