P: Photoshop 27 neural filter skin smoothing We've temporarily disable this feature because of error

Tried to use this feature today (worked fin in previous version of PS) and today, after upgrading to ver 27, I get the "We've temporarily disable this feature because of an error" message. Of course I don't know what that error is, but pretty sure it's an error. 

Running Windows 11 25H2 build 26200.7019

"Beta" - first off, can we save "beta" for the beta version of Photoshop and leave the standard version for working features?

"We've temporarily disabled this filter because of an error." - Would it help if I rolled back a version? 

I am trying to use the denoise features, and they stopped working. Does anyone know of another app or plugin that does this?

My Neural filters says "we've temporarily disabled this filter due to error" (skin smoothing) after downloading 2026. Nothing else changed within the system! I uninstalled photoshop and reinstalled it and it still won't work! Also won't work in the beta version!

Sorry for the inconvenience! We’re aware of this issue and our team is currently investigating it. In the meantime, could you please check if the Neural Filters (especially Skin Smoothing) are working fine in Photoshop 26.11? This will help us isolate whether the problem is specific to version 27.0.

I installed PhotoShop 27 and newral filers ( some of them ) 
eg, Skin smoothing , Photo Restoration   showing error 
"We have Temporarily Disabled this filter because of an Error"

However I installed  older version and its works . is it me only or everyone has this problem ?
Any help any suggestion ?  ( System Info below )

I would like to make this perfectly clear, because others seem to have a different experience. In my case, the filter was already not working in the previous PS version.

Tried in both versions 26 and 27, smoothing filter is still disabled for me.

What is curious is that Lightroom Mobile has just informed me it now features ths "Skin Smoothing" function, whereas it still does not wok in my Lightroom Classic. Bummer...
