PDF won't open in photoshop

Question

These two PDF images were saved in the last two stable versions of Photoshop CC (24 and 25), but after saving, they will not open again in either version of Photoshop.

They work fine in a web browser, but photoshop gives this error when opening them for further editing:

Could not open "Cin-CityBeat_AnnMan 2024 Feizy rugs, Hugo leather p4-5.pdf" because this is not an Adobe Photoshop PDF file.

All other files we've made work perfectly fine, only this one won't open for some reason. Anyone else have this same issue happen to them?

Is your issue resolved? Or still having the problem. As i am having same problem but there is not , or special character in it.
