photoshop not allowing me to use it

hi there im new to photoshop and ive installed and have it loading up but everytime it loads it comes up with a error saying i cant use it at this time and it says use reference 205 and contact support from adobe i cant find any numbers or articles to help me can anybody help ? thanks

@tamashlilley have you ever installed another version of Photoshop besides one from Adobe.com/Creative Cloud desktop app?

I got it through the adobe website downloaded the creative app and bought the plan but every time I load it up it says it can’t let me use it
