I still do not have the ability to use the Generatie AI feature. When I use generative AI, I receive this error message - "This Feature is not available". This feature is obviously available. I am a teacher on a teacher account using device based licenses. This feature has now been out in version 25 for MONTHS. Its time for Adobe to start serving the entire community, including those of us using device based licenses.

Welcome to the Community! If you're having these issues too, could you share more details about them? For example, what version of Photoshop are you using, and what operating system is your machine running? As mentioned above, if you're on an educational or an enterprise account, you'll need to consult your IT admin.

@Greg32502378ig78 check with your IT admin. For educational accounts - they are managed through the Adobe Admin console and they have to grant access to the AI features.
