Select Motion in the Effect Controls and then drag a clip around the Program Window.
I get a beach ball and a hang. It doesn't provide an opportunity to send a crash report.
Has been an issue for the last three minor builds as I've kept updating and testing this.
Just tested again with 24.2 (BUILD 31), and it still hangs immediately with a beach ball.
The same video files drag fine in the release version of PP 2023.
Unfortunately, I've had to rebuild my project in the release version of Premiere Pro and not use the Beta as it's too unstable.
