Can't download the Stock preview

I have over 100 Stock credits, but whenever I want to download the preview picture, Adobe asks me to purchase the free subscription. Anyone have the same problem? The german support could not help me.

Having same issue. Attempt to force a paid plan selection. Project cannot move forward until this is fixed.

Same issue here, been trying since last night. Adobe Live Support stated that there was a server-side issue. BUT the problem still remains until this second, come on Adobe! Don't waste my time!

Same here – Adobe support last week told me there was a problem with the server that would be resolved in 48 hrs and still the same. Adobe support today say that to use the Download Preview option you have to have a subscription plan! Fuming!!!

It seems you can access the preview images by the drag and drop method – the only problem is that the file name doesn't get saved, so you would need to add this to the dropped image on your computer.

Same problem here, trying to download any preview-picture ends up with a paywall to force an additional subscription of Adobe Stock. Although the support was very friendly, it wasn't able to help. The case has been closed today by sending me a link to the payment methods and different subscription-plans that are significantly more expensive than the „CCpro/all applications“ I have since years. The whole issue is very annoying and needs to be fixed ASAP, as this is highly disturbing any workflow.

Good to know that it is not me that's having the issue. And customer support was not helpful. It seems they don't know what is going on. Unless they are quietly forcing users to subscribe to a stock plan, which is not economical for me as I only use one to two credits a month.

I recall seeing a post on the forum from an Adobe employee that they are aware of the issue and looking for a fix.

I just got a message from support that downloading previews is no longer available without a paid plan.

Interesting. Except that I and many others HAVE a paid plan and still get the pop-up.

YEs the solution is just to drag and drop the image instead of pressing Download Preview – see if that works for you.

I have a paid subscription and whenever I try to download a preview, it states I already have an abbonement. Nice, I know, but I would like to download the preview, please.

Ils doivent être en train de faire des modications car tout à l'heure j'ai testé sur une vidéo et j'ai eu un écran qui me donnait le choix HD ou 4K et le texte disait que je pourrai acheter par la suite. J'ai pas osé télécharger car je ne voulais pas perdre 8 crédits.

Si j'avais su j'aurai fait une capture d'écran.

 

Mais effectivement, ça ne marche plus.

Je viens de tester, c'est la fenêtre que j'expliquais ci-dessus :

Par contre pour les images, on a l'écran de téléchargement; apparemment direct achat ?

For well over a week now, every time I click on "download preview", I get a pop up that says "Welcome Back, Good News, looks like you already have a plan" so, I click on "OK" and then nothing happens and I can't download the preview. I have been calling, emailing ,and chatting with Adobe almost every day and NO ONE is able to explain or fix this issue. I have been told that I would receive a phone call on 3 occasions but no one calls back. I have a paid subscription for stock as well as the paid subscription for all the programs.  No one seems to take any responsibility and I'm beyond frustrated.  This lack of communication and inability to repair this problem reminds me of why I stopped using Quark Xpress years ago, and moved to Adobe but something has changed at Adobe!  Now, in addition to this Stock Website issue, my Illustrator is acting up too. What was once a simple task to set some text has become IMPOSSIBLE to edit. The text box can be selected but once I click into the the text box to add or edit what I have typed, the text box become unselected and a new text box is created.... regardless, there is something not working well at Adobe and their support team is no longer top notch. This Stock Website issue should have been resolved in 2 days!

Hier j'ai eu les fenêtres dans mon message ci-dessus et ce matin j'ai fait un test et j'ai eu la fenêtre d'erreur :  je ne voulais pas acheter.

"Nous sommes désolés mais une erreur système s’est produite. Si vous ne recevez pas un e-mail de confirmation du paiement dans les prochaines minutes, veuillez réessayer ou contactez le Service clientèle".

 

On ne comprend plus rien !
