Adobe Stock Preview Images Paywall

I use Adobe stock frequently for a client, and just went to download some previews and was served a paywall. I'm hoping this is a bug.

"Thankyou for staying connected as i can check due to the update in the adobe stock plan now previews can be only done in the paid plan version.

Now the previews without the plan is not possible in the stock plan."

I am having this issue as well. I cleared my cache, restarted, signed out and back in to Adobe, and spent almost an hour on two separate calls to the helpline. They did confirm that my plan was active and working. The helpline worker also had me try an incognito window in Chrome to no avail.

I did upgrade my account a little, and the paywall window message changed from "choose a plan" to "Welcome back! Good news! Looks like you already have a plan!" with a click ok button. This window pops up every time you try to download a preview.

There was nothing else we could try, so the answer was wait 24-48 hours for it to resolve. Adobe, please fix this. It's rather maddening. I use the preview downloads frequently to try in designs or zoom in to see if it's what I really need. Looks like this was an issue back in September. I do remember also having issues with this then, but didn't bother to run it down. If anyone has additional suggestions, I'll be happy to hear them. Thanks so much!
