Hi, I am subscribed to the creative cloud for years. I just started university. I am a student now and I know there is a special plan for student that is less expensive. How can I change for this plan ? Title: ACE Global Book Club – Chapters 11-13 🥳 Hi ACE party people! This week we’re exploring robots, AR/VR, and AI-oh my! 🤖 Big idea: I really enjoyed the thoughfulness in layering in digital citizenship within these more complex topics. For example, while grappling with how to teach AI, Tim pointed out a perfect time to cover AI bias. On page 129, "This is also a good opportunity to discuss AI bias: students may not intentially add bad data, but if they are using a tool..." was discussed while teaching students how to add information into a dataset. By getting students to CREATE their own AI agent themselves allows them to truly understand how AI works. But what I loved about this project was that it was ambedded in the overall lesson idea of creating a work of art. I also have to give a call out to the many quotes and themes I noticed withint these chapters which was just simply, technology is cool. Whatever language your school teaches, the new Podcast feature on Adobe Express is the perfect way to share language learning—not just within your school, but with listeners across the world! In Wales, all schools must learn Welsh, even if learners primarily speak English. To promote the Welsh language, our school, Ysgol Bryn Gwalia, has a Senedd (school government) made up of different pupil-led groups. One of these groups is Criw Cymraeg (Welsh Crew), who work hard to celebrate and promote the use of Welsh throughout the school. By using the podcast feature in Adobe Express, Criw Cymraeg now share our Welsh Phrase of the Fortnight with the whole community. This has been incredibly positive for our learners—they are developing confidence in speaking, presenting, teamwork, digital literacy, and creative communication skills. Good morning,  I am so thrilled to kick-off our ACE Global Book Club.  This week we are diving into the Intro and Chapters 1-4. Did anyone else feel like the author, Tim Needles, totally gets them? I felt myself saying " Yes, this what I needed to hear" The entire time I was reading.  My biggest takeaways: Art is accesible to every single person and every single student. Art doesn't have to be traditional. It's all about letting our students explore and be creative. So many of us focus on all the compenents of STEAM, but forget to incorporate art.  Questions to discuss: How do we as educators build safe spaces to allow our students opportunites to learn from their failures and grow?  No matter what you teach, how do you intentially embed creativity and art into the curriculum and allow students to express themselves?Tim mentions that limitation breed creativity and critical thinking. Hi Book Club friends.  This week, we are discussing coding, digital drawing & design, and 3D design, printing, and construction. My key takeaway: I know we have mentioned this in our chats, but I love how Tim integrates art with technology. He makes art accessible while also getting students to be creative in so many different ways. The scaffolding and peer interaction make all students creative in varying ways.  Questions for this week:  In Chapter 8, Time mentions the importance of coding. We know this is an important skill for many of our students. In what ways, do you make coding accessible for your students? Are there ways you integrate art with coding?  In Chapter 9, Tim highlights the power of peer feedback and collaborative drawing to make digital art more interactive and community-centered. Hi ACE people!! 👋This week we’re exploring animation, photography, social media, and podcasting (A personal favorite of mine😉)! Big idea: Embed projects/assessments into the actual world our students live in. When I read these 3 chapters, what really jumped out at me was the idea that all these projects were based out of the world around us and not just confined to the 4 walls of our students. Oftentimes, we as educators think just within the boundaries of our classroom; the big test, the school year, and oftentimes miss the opportunity to help our students reach out to their own world. I loved the explicit example lessons given for students so they could connect with the world around them and amplify their student voice! 🎙️️Question for you: When is a time that you've worked with students in amplifying their voice into their world?
