Photoshop Elements

Hi. Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 was activated on 2 computers. One of the computers is deactivated. It turns out there is one free activation. Why can't I activate on my new PC? In your personal account, ALL activations have been canceled.

PS Elements Editor Workspace (PS Elements 2026 V26.3) will not open. Organizer opens but the Photo Editor Workspace starts then simply remains in what appears to be the opening process with the spinning icon.I have uninstalled / reinstalled (twice), I have also restarted the computer several times. I have searched the internet and tried several suggestions, none of which have rectified the problem.I had the same problem a couple of months ago and found a solution but have not been able to locate that solution this time. I may be wrong but I seem to recall it required a change to video/photo files.Edit: Windows 11 Latest updates installed. 32GB memory, Nvidia Geforce RTX 5060Ti, Lots of HD space available.

- I tried all relevant videos and found that they are not related to version 24.- The current font size is too small 

Hello,I just dowloaded Photoshop Elements 2026 and I cannot anymore see the see the pics before and after at the same time, it this normal? The button offers only before or after, not anymore both together. If this is a bug I hope it will be fixed quickly, if it is normal then it is really a loss of functionality ! Is there an easy way to still see both together?  Thenks for any feedback!

Recently my computer failed and I lost all programs. When I try to install Photoshop Elements on new computer error message states serial number in use. The serial number is not in use as the computer disk drive with original install on is corrupted..

Installation de photoshop elements 2026 sur un deuxième ordi.  Mais l’application ne s’exécute PAS.Après passage chez un technicien informatique, il s’avère qu’avec un PROCESSEUR INTEL PENTIUM GOLD G6405 ce logiciel ne fonctionne pas. Le logiciel se ferme immédiatement avec un code exception 0xc000001d.Alors que faire avec un ordi configuré en Windows 11 64 bits ?

I cannot find all the styles I have in PSE2024 on my desktop, they show in the program but cannot find in my computer, is there a way to copy them from program to put in my new laptop? I don’t know where they are if still in computer.

I have a 2018 MacBook Pro, 2.9 Ghz IntelCore 9 with 32 meg of ram.  Old in computer years but still a great machine.  I upgraded to PE 26 from PE 25 and can't believe how slow it is when ever I resize an object.  I may go back to PE 25 as the new features don't outweigh the sluggish performance.  I am wondering if it is AI that is slowing it down on this machine and if I can turn that off.  Anything else I can do to speed it up?

As mentioned above Elements refuses to save to E: an internal drive claiming the file is locked but it will save to D: and C:.It even does this with new files trying to Save AsElements can save to C: then we can copy the file in Explorer to E:We can create, rename and delete files on E: at the command promptWord is able to save to E: When using File Save to E: we see a PSxxx.tmp file appear then disappear, then the error message appears.There is loads of disc space on all the drives.Just looking for inspiration. Thank you for your help. 

the 10 photos go into the photo bin and the same photos open upin the work area at once

In right top corner of thumbnail their is a symbol of a music note. If you click on it the dialogue box title is RelatedSound. I want to get rid of it. There is no sould associated with these photos. I cannot figure out how to delete it. Any ideas?

I have already logged out of my old device. i have installed Elements 2020 on my new computer, but it keeps saying “The serial number is already in use by the maximum allowed computers. You need to deactivate another computer within 30 days to use this product.” I already did! How can I make my new computer believe me? I have reached out to support and they were of no use. I looked at my plans and products under manage my account and none are listed. Please help me! 

In am retired and just want a hobby.  I used this years ago, but have not used it in a good while.  I suppose I could  install it on my new laptop and use it as is, but would like to take advantage of all the new  bells and whistles that are available.  I forgot to mention, it is Elements 10. 

I upgraded to PS 26.  I save my photos as JPEG.  I have to repick JPEG every time because the program is defaulting to Photoshop as the file type.  How do I change to JPEG as the default?  Thanks.

Each time a raw photo is edited, then saved (Save as... jpeg), the new jpeg image (shown in a version set) displays the wrong time in the organizer, exactly 4 hours earlier than the original. But when I bring up the file properties in windows explorer (properties -> details), that still shows the correct time the photo was taken. The cameras being used to create these photos are set to the correct time zone and date/time, as is my PC. Is this a known bug, or do I just need to change a setting somewhere?

Por alguna razón que desconozco, en Organizer me aparecen dos copias de cuanto importo, fotos y videos. Del mismo tamaño cada archivo duplicado, con una extensión *-1.NEF o MP4). No sé qué pasa. ¿Alguien ha descubierto la causa de este problema?

I’m trying to install Photoshop Elements 2019 on a new desktop and running into some issues.  I have the license and product number registered to my account and the program is currently installed on my old laptop.  When I log in and try to run the installer on my PC, I’m getting this error.  It says: Update your browserTo use Adobe services, please update your Adobe applications, operating system, and browser to the latest versions. Everything is up to date and I still can’t figure it out.  Thanks in advance for any help!

The program used to work.  I haven’t tried it on this computer in a while.  I clicked on a PDD file and it hung up on the opening screen.  When I clicked on the shortcut I had placed on my desktop, I got the same thing.  I followed some online instructions to make a new shortcut, and that opened up the editor.  But I could not drag my PDD file into that editor.I’m wasting my life here.  And it is not fun.  Why is this happening?  Who is going to fix it for me? 

I would like to choose a sharp white font on a black background, for maximum contrast. It would be good to reposition the caption much lower in each photo. How do I achieve this?

Mit Photoshop Elements konnte ich bisher zwei Computer aktivieren. So konnte ich am Desktop und an meinem Laptop PS Elements nutzen. Jetzt habe ich einen neuen Laptop. Den alten habe ich weggeworfen, allerdings davor vergessen das alte Laptop bei PS Elements abzumelden. Jetzt kann ich den neuen Laptop nicht mehr nutzen, weil der zweite mögliche Computer durch das alte Laptop belegt ist, und ich keinen Zugriff mehr habe. Der Adobe Support teilte mir mit, dass sie den Aktivierungszähler nicht zurücksetzen können. Was mache ich jetzt

My Photoshop 2021 doesn’t seem to want to connect to my printer after re-downloading Windows 11. I have the DVD Rom and have used it and depend on it so much I can’t be without it. I’ve re-installed it twice and still the same issue. This never happened before. May be an issue with the new printer or my cellular “wi-fi” from Verizon. Can anyone suggest a fix? Thanks so much.
