i created an adobe account and followed dowload steps however, when i downloaded the photoshop elements app, it asks either for a 7 day trial or months payments. i have already paid for it through a third party. 

My Photoshop 2021 doesn’t seem to want to connect to my printer after re-downloading Windows 11. I have the DVD Rom and have used it and depend on it so much I can’t be without it. I’ve re-installed it twice and still the same issue. This never happened before. May be an issue with the new printer or my cellular “wi-fi” from Verizon. Can anyone suggest a fix? Thanks so much.

Every time I try to crop a photo, either using a preset size such as 6 in x 4 in or using No Restriction option with Custom settings of W: = 4in; H=4 in (needed 4"x4" size for my scrapbook), I try to "draw" my selection box around my desired area. Upon releasing the mouse, the square box proportions are retained, but the resulting size is either larger or smaller than my desired size. I try to drag the corner of the selection tool to enlarge or decrease the size, but the selection then jumps to another random area of the photo & changes dimensions even again. It used to be the only way to fix it was to exit and reload PSE, but even that is no longer working. At this point, I am unable to crop any photo. Any help is much appreciated.

where do I find the tools like Paint Brush, Paint Bucket, etc that I used in Elements 2020? I had to upgrade to 20206 because 2020 wouldn't open on my new iMac? The new tools exhibited seem very simple and limited. Have the older tools be eliminated or are they somewhere I cant find 

I’m using Windows 11, photoshop elements 2025 freezes when I try to import or get photos from files.  

I want to convert a color photo to black and white but the option is grayed out under the Enhanced options.  Why and how can I convert them.

It’s terrible. It’s glitchy. It won’t import files correctly. It won’t simplify text so I can add mutiple outline colors anymore.  You guys screwed it up.

I recently updated to PE 2026 and when I save my PSD as a JPG the photo printing site says this type of JPEG is not compatible. I never had this issue in the past. 

I go into downloads and select what I needed.  It ask me for a serial number which I provide.  It come back to me as not being associated with the logon id and will not allow me to download the software.   I am doing this because my old computer keeps shutting off and it was very old.  So I got a new computer.  Trying to load all the software and elements is giving me a problem.

It is as if the Canon printer is embedded in the Elements 2022 software. It is very frustrating as it is much cheaper to print black & white on the HP laserjet.

I start pse 26.3, get to the initial splash screen, click on either organizer module or photo editor module; little circle goes around for maybe a minute and then stops but neither module has opened. I’ve downloaded the app again and get same result. I have win 11 with ARM. Help, please.

All of sudden my Elements 2026 won’t load the Guided Mode - it shows a constant wheel moving but nothing happens.  The Quick and Advanced modes work and my Organizer works.  I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled.  My license does not expire until 2028.  I have a PC, not a Mac.  Any suggestions?

i have a laptop and a screen attached to it. I always use the screen for photoshop as its much larger. I open my NEF raw files directly into Camera Raw. I don't think I made it do that, as its always done itMy problem is when a file is opened, it open Camera Raw on the laptop screen. There does not seem to be a method of moving it to the monitor. Its most annoying as the monitor is calibrated and the laptop screen isn't, so the images show colour differentlyI would be glad to hear any suggestion that might solve this

Hello all Photoshop Elements pals,I just bought Photoshop Elements 2026 because I was told that this new software could do far better job and would be more powerful than Photoshop 5.0 CS that I have as well as than both Photoshop Elements 2023 and Photoshop Elements 9. However I have interesting problem as seen on the two screesnshots below before water reflection and after water reflection. From the second screenshot, you can see that on right side, the big white strip runs through the water reflection which is correct and realistic considering the fact that water is on top of the white strip. But look at the stripes in front of the front landing gear wheels, you can see that piano lines run through the water reflection which is correct as water is on top of the piano bars BUT look at the wierd paino bars in angle appearance which is not correct. I have been making tons of screenshots showing cool reflections WITHOUT WITHOUT problems regarding piano bars on runways on Photoshop CS 5.0

Tried to install Adobe Photoshop Elements 2024 on the Windows 11 23H2 system without any previous photoshop product installed on it.When installer finishes I get error: Unable to launch the product automatically. Please quit & re-launch manually (Error Code: 111)When I enter the installation directory and try to start the PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe I get another error: Configuration Error (Error Code: 11) (see attached screenshot) I tried tore-install the applicationre-install with cleaning the system with Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Toolchanged installation directory directly to C:\Adobeexplicitly grant administrator permissions to the installerrun photoshop manually as administratortried to install on another computer - getting the same error Installer was downloaded directly from my adobe account. Any ideas what could be wrong?

[BUG] Organizer mouse pointer disappearsWhen Organizer launches in full screen or is maximized to full screen, the mouse pointer disappears. When moving the mouse around, various objects can be "selected" but there is no mouse pointer. Eventually landing on Restore, I selected but the window size remained the same. Finally, resizing the window using Alt+Shift+S and the mouse, restores the visibility of the mouse pointer.The mouse pointer disappears running PSE 2026 on Windows 11 regardless of resolution, tried both 3840 x 2160 and 1920 x 1080. After some research, I found disabling the Task Bar Autohide prevents this from happening.Adobe needs to fix this bug, as it does not happen with other applications, can take a lot of time and effort to find a workaround, and has been reported by others over numerous versions of Photoshop Elements.

In Elements 2026, using Process multiple files from the File menu and specifying rename files and convert files to jpg, I get the error message "You must specify an extension for the output file(s). The only way to get round this is to specify Extension in the 2nd box of the Rename section but if I do that then the other options in the 2nd box can't be used. So, for example, I can't rename my output files to "MyNewName + 1 digit serial number". I also have Elements 2020 and there isn't this issue because the output file extension is derived from the "Convert Files to" field.

Hi, I am currently trialing Adobe Elements Organizer 2026 on a Windows 11 PC.I have the Pictures Library monitored as a watch folder, but would like to remove one folder in the library from the watch list. Is this possible, while still allowing new Pictures library folders to be automatically added to the watch list?

I use PSE 2026 for printing my images. Now when I go to print, it tells me that the printer is off line. My connections are good and I can print through other processes. Error 45 keeps coming up. I have tried reset preference on next launch, this worked for me previously, but not on this occasion. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Tony N

I want the default tray in which my printer looks for paper to be the cassette but it is ALWAYS set to Rear Tray which is empty. I have to change it every time I print. How can I reset the default tray to be cassette?Canon TS 6300 series printer. With all other programs it looks for paper in the cassette where the paper is.
