Photoshop Elements

I recently upgraded my Mac.  I have Rosetta installed for my Office programs.  I tried to edit a photo in Elements 2025 and got the message that it wouldn’t edit because of Rosetta.  I can’t delete Rosetta and can’t find a way to turn it off to use Elements.  Help, please!!

Als ik doorga wordt mijn printer niet herkend.Ik heb zowel PSE als de printer besturingssoftware opnieuw geinstalleerd maar het probleem blijft.

I have ordered a new PC, and when it arrives I’m taking it to a local computer repair shop to have them transfer my data and programs from my current computer to my new computer. I am using Elements 23 on my current computer. As long as they have my Adobe login information and my serial number, will they be able to download Elements 23 to the new computer? If so, which website would allow them to do that? I will eventually purchase Elements 27, but I want to restore my Catalogs into Elements 23 first, and after I buy Elements 27 I will convert my catalogs. Plus, my current C drive is almost completely full, and I don’t want to risk crashing the computer by downloading Elements 27.I looked online and I only saw a download option for Elements 26 and 27.

I can’t get the editor to do an auto-contrast.  It reverts to cropping.  How can I fix that?

Unable to print from the editor.  Click print and it goes back to the opening window/screen.Changed printers but can’t remember if I printed with the old one or not

Hello everyone  I own a few licences of PS Elements 2018, 2019, 2020 I activated these licences on many computers along time, but those computers are gone now and I can't access them  In the past, I could see in my account in the "activated devices" menu a list of all computers using the licence and I could dissconect them  Now, it is empty and I cannot deactivate them nor access those computers  I got a now computer in which, obviously, I cannot activate my PS Elelements 2018 anymore  How do I go around this? Is there any solution? Support is telling me that my software is too old and there is no support 😞 nor they can access information about these licences (oh....Adobe, very nice 😞   thank you 

This post refers to Adobe Elements 26When trying to use the draw tool I select the Pencil Tool, the line I wish to draw is in black and 2 pixels wide. I click on the star point and the first black dot does not appear, I then go to the finish point, holding the shift key down to get a continuous line and the line does not appear. This happens intermittantly, sometimes (occasionally) the line is drawn. The line will not draw at all now.I have been using this feature regularly for a long time and this is the first time I have had a problem.Similarly using the Erase tool, it acts like the brush tool!Anyone got any ideas

Unable to open Organizer.

Photoshop Elements 2026 is running much slower than the 2025 version on my iMac. Are other people finding the same problem?   Mel   [Typo fixed by moderator]

Whenever PSE 2026 Organizer is running, Windows File Explorer becomes very slow.  In addition, any file operations done withing Organizer (such as right-clicking a photo, and selecting Copy) become painfully slow (15-20 seconds to complete).I’ve done experiments where I have Organizer running, but idle.  Watching the Task Manager, Organizer is using very little CPU (<1%).  In File Explorer, I double-click a folder which has nothing to do with PSE, and Organizer’s CPU jumps to 25%, and File Explorer stops responding for 10-15 seconds.   I wait for Organizer’s CPU to return to idle (5-10 more seconds), then double-click another folder in File Explorer, and the same thing happens.  If Organizer isn’t running, File Explorer response is near-instant.  I’ve set Organizer to not watch any folders.  I’ve seen other threads about conflicts with Anti-Virus software, but this is Organizer using up system resources, not my AV software.Why is Organizer “waking up” and doing something fairly inte

I had PSE21 and suddenly started having issues printing so upgraded to PSE 26 and it was fine for about a week then started doing exactly the same thing. It says “because the default printer cannot be opened” and this. I have been on remote access with Adobe but they can’t fix it and now don’t seem at all interested and keep closing my help tickets down! I have tried every fix going that I can find on the web and it is driving me crazy. It just won’t print at all. I managed to get one print out of it by holding down the space bar before clicking print but it won’t even do that now! 

I have a Adobe licensed disc for Photoshop Elements 15 that I bought that I already installed on other computers in the past. Now I can't install it. I can't use the scan option but I signed in Adobe website but when I go back to the installation, it doesn't move from the sign in window.

My Photoshop 2021 doesn’t seem to want to connect to my printer after re-downloading Windows 11. I have the DVD Rom and have used it and depend on it so much I can’t be without it. I’ve re-installed it twice and still the same issue. This never happened before. May be an issue with the new printer or my cellular “wi-fi” from Verizon. Can anyone suggest a fix? Thanks so much.

In the selection window of Photoshop Elements 2026, the display of the functions is partly in German but mostly in Japanese. This occurred after an update. How can I change this? In the settings, German is selected as the default.Thanks in advance for yout support.

Yes, I cleared my cache and tried reinstalling the program. I wonder if Adobe Photoshop online is not meant to have a file more than 1 MB so Adobe can save money on storage.I have a fast browser and plenty of memory, so what is the problem? Adobe customer service dropped my call, possibly on purpose, so I can not find a real solution.

For many years I have been syncing my iPhones with Photoshop Elements Albums. Having now some 100 Albums with a total of 37,000 images neatly organized so I can locate any of these images in no time. But since Photoshop Elements 2022 this scheme doesn't work anymore. In iTunes the list of PSE Albums is empty and nothing can be synced.Researching the problem I found the culprit. iTunes (latest version 12.12.4) does not look for the Album datafile of PSE 2022, but is still locked onto the datafile of PSE 2021.This is obviously an Apple issue, but for Apple to update their iTunes it is necessary to get an idea how many users do depend on an update of iTunes to be able to update their photos on their iPhone with Photoshop Elements.If enough users reply to this request, I can raise an issue at Adobe and Apple to bring out an update for iTunes that will enable us to upload photos into our iPhones using PSE Albums! This is the way it should look (using PSE 2021, version 19):And this

Bei der Auswahl eines Bildes für die Sofortkorrektur im Elements Organizer 2027 (V.27.0) erscheint nach “Daten werden vorbereitet” nur ein weißer Pfeil auf schwarzem Grund über den gesamten Bildschirm. Im Hintergrund scheinen die Menüuttons zu funktionieren, da hierdurch ein zurückkehren zum normalen Organizer möglich ist (wenn man den Zurück-Button an der richtigen Stelle trifft.  

Photoshop Elements 2026 Updates menu option is greyed out. Is this because I have the latest version or is there an issue with the software? My version is Core Version: 26.3 (20260417.EO.ae34c5c7). I am still in my first year of the three year licence. Thank You. 

I have been using PE 2026 for over a year now, and been printing to my Epson ET2850 with no problems.  Recently when pressing print from the print dialogue settings, it crashes back to the home screen and does not print. I have reset all the preferences and rebooted but this makes no difference. I have changed nothing that I am aware of in my set-up. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I am planning to buy a new Dell desktop computer very soon. I routinely upload anywhere from 300-500 photos using my card reader, and I have about 5TB of photos on my current computer.  How many GB of RAM do you recommend? Also, I read online that it’s recommended I get an Intel Core 9th generation or newer processor. The tech at the local computer repair place recommended I get the Intel Core Ultra 7 1.8 to 5.3 GHz, 65W processor. Is that sufficient?Finally, is an AMD Radeon Pro W7500, 8 GB GDDR6, 4 DP graphics card recommended, or do I need an NVIDIA card?This is all Greek to me, so if you could advise me on any or all of these 3 questions it will be greatly appreciated!Darlene  

I recently completed a project to digitize 4,000 family pictures found in old albums.For the scanning itself, I used the Epson FF-680 (highly recommended), which creates three files per photo:  an original, an enhanced version (color improvement, red-eye removal, etc.), and a scan of the backside of the photo.  So, 4,000 snapshots is now 12,000 files.I have not yet imported these into the PSE (I have version 2026) because I’m not sure the best way to go about it with multiple images per photo.Are Version-Sets the answer?  If so, any way to automate their creation (or do I have to create each of the 4,000 sets manually)?  If not, what should I do?And, after the photos are imported, I still have to deal with setting the dates-and-times (where I know it) for them, and the facial recognition.I’m starting to think that getting these ‘properly’ imported and setup in PSE could be as big a job (if not bigger) than the initial scanning of the photos.I’m hoping that this community has some ideas
