It’s a little earlier than usual this year. We normally have to wait until October. See my video review and “how to” demo on YouTube.

This problem seems to go back a long way. Out of the blue my printer doesn’t work with Elements 2026.Various forums show this problem goes back through lots of versions of Elements. Why is it so hard to solve? I need the printer for my work with Elements, I have tried all the suggestions, resetting preferences etc etc..It’s Elements that is the problem as all other programs work fine with my printer, but. finding a solution is another thing altogether. Seriously considering finally abandoning Elements after many years of using it for our archive work. I’ve nearly had enough.
How to download Photoshop elements 2023 on iMacOS? I have bought it 2 years ago and now wanted to use on iMac and unable to find the Photoshop elements 2023.EditCheck for similar questions
When a photo is edited using the Photoshop Editor, the Organizer displays a modified timestamp after saving. One hour is added to it. As a result, the edited photo appears in the wrong position within the Organizer. However, in Windows Explorer, the "Date Taken" field continues to display the correct time.If I delete the edited photo from the catalog and then re-import it, the photo is sorted into the correct position in the Organizer, and the actual capture time is displayed once again.Consequently, up until now, I have had to correct the time after every photo editing using the "Change Date and Time" button. How can I avoid this extra effort? For the past six months, I have been using:Elements Organizer 26.0.0.0Prior to this, I worked with Photoshop Elements 2021 and did not encounter this problem.Regards, Barbara
I know this isn’t a Windows help forum so just a very quick, has anyone else had this happen and what solved it in your case? It wouldn’t be fair to use this time for myself with all the usual discourse going back and forth. So if you can’t share an actual past experience that fixed it don’t worry about it. Thanks
Using a Mac Powerbook 16 inch, M1 Max. With upgrade day today 14/09/2026 I use Photoshop Elements 26.3 IF I upgrade today, will I need to update/upgrade Photoshop Elements. Sorry this basic, but I can’t find an answer anywhere. Grateful for help and a possible upgrade link> Thank you Mike
When using the ‘Save As’ option to save an image as a PNG, the save operation appears to successfully complete without any errors. However, no PNG file is saved to the specified folder on disk. The only other meaningful observation is that we don’t see an interim save PNG dialog after pressing the ‘Save’ button as we might with a JPEG file. Saving as a JPEG file works fine, but there is also an interim dialog asking for preferences regarding quality and so forth. We need to save images as PNG files to save the transparent backgrounds. Any suggestions as to why we cannot save the images in PNG file format?
Dear Community,I think I have a similar problem to Anonymous of the post below. I need to reinstall Photoshop Elements 2023 because of a launch Configuration Error (Error 11) after an upgrade to Monterey. I cannot locate an Elements 2023 installer but have a PhotoshopElements_2023_WWEFDJ.dmg file, 7,5MB, 29 Nov 2022.Am I correct in assuming that this file will download PS Elements 2023 set-up, and that I will be able to use the full version by inputting the serial number? Thanks in advance.tmar
I own Photoshop Elements 2019 (version 17), serial number registered to my Adobe account since January 2019. I have a new Lenovo desktop running Windows 11 Home, fully updated. When I download the installer from my Adobe account (PhotoshopElements_2019_LS30_win64.exe, 2.5 MB) and run it, the installer window opens and immediately shows "Update required — your browser or operating system is no longer supported." The installation never starts.I have already tried:Installing the Creative Cloud desktop app first, then running the installer again Running the installer in Windows 8 compatibility mode Repairing both Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable packages (x64 and x86), with a reboot in between Running the installer with the network disconnected (it then reports no network connection)The ProDesignTools direct download link for the full 2.9 GB offline installer now redirects to Adobe and no longer works.Since Photoshop Elements 2024 and earlier are not covered by phone or chat s
I can't print. When ever i try to print something photoshop just crashes and disappears.
I am getting thumbnails when I use the downloader to take photos off my phone in Adobe Photoshop. In following the other answer provided here, there is no "thumbnails" option to uncheck in the organizer. So, please try another way!
Hi everyone,I create social media graphics in Photoshop Elements and often run into spacing issues with text layers. The built-in kerning and tracking controls are finicky, and sometimes I need to push text elements apart without adding visible characters.I also want to create "invisible" text layers as placeholders or spacers in my templates, but PSE doesn't seem to accept pure blank spaces as valid text input. Is there a free online tool that generates invisible/blank Unicode characters I can copy and paste directly into Photoshop Elements text boxes? Something browser-based with no downloads would be ideal.Bonus if the same site has other text formatting tools too. Thanks!
Photoshop Elements 2026 is running much slower than the 2025 version on my iMac. Are other people finding the same problem? Mel [Typo fixed by moderator]

Both my 2025 and 2020 versions of Adobe Photoshop Elements have started to crash as soon as I try to print a photograph. Any ideas?
I used nested geography tags in the Organiser in Elements 9 to sort my non-digital photos by hand but discovered that in the next version this was not possible.because digital photos come with their own location inforrmation. I still have Elements 9 running on my Windows 11 machine but I am worried that I may not be able to use that in the future. Is there any way to reuse these tags sensibly in the latest version of Elements or has all the time I took to tag 100s of images been wasted ?
Hello,I currently have Photoshop Elements 11 installed on a Windows 7 PC.I've bought a new Win 10 PC and would like to continue using PE11 on the new Win 10 PC.I do have a few questions which I have been unable to find answers for. 1. Stick with PE11 on Win10Will PE11 run on Windows 10? If so, I assume I could use the original install CD to install PE11 on the Win10 PC. I'm not sure if it would then update to the latest version of PE11 using the Help -> Updates option due to its age. Assumming all that works I could then import the catalog from the old PC and carry on using PE11 on Win10. Would this scenario work? 2. If PE11 won't run on Win10 then is there a way of upgrading IE to the latest 2020 version whilst maintaing all my data i.e. tags etc. What would the best route be. Can I install PE 2020 on my Win10 PC and import the catalog from the Win7 PC into the PE 2020 on the Win10 PC? Would this transfer across tag info etc
iPhones have been saving photos in HEIC format by default for years, often as HDR photos using the “HEIC 10-bit” format. Photoshop Elements 2023 can’t open these, which seems incredibly lame, given that cheaper programs like GraphicConverter have no problem with them. I understand Adobe wanting you to pay more for full Photoshop to handle things like RAW format, but to not handle one of the default formats on the most popular smartphone on the market is terrible. I upgraded to 2023 in hopes that HEIC support had gotten better, but it has not. And since the latest version expires after 3 years, I may just go back to my older version once it does. (I was hoping for better AI performance out of the latest version, and things like object selection and smart erase tools don’t seem to have gotten any better than before).

Elements Organizer v26.3Windows 11 Pro, 25H2I have encountered reproducible corruption of HEIC files associated with Adobe Elements Organizer 2026 on Windows.Approximately 100 HEIC photographs became unreadable by Elements Organizer, Windows Photos, Apple devices, and OneDrive's web viewer. The files themselves remained approximately their original sizes, and ExifTool could still read much of their metadata.Important: I have never used Organizer's File → Save Metadata to Files command. My normal Organizer usage with these photographs is limited primarily to facial recognition, identifying people, and correcting facial identifications. I have not intentionally modified Date Taken, comments, or keyword tags.Reproducible automatic file modificationI performed a controlled test with a known-good HEIC file. Before importing it into Elements Organizer:SHA256: 84921CB42E48AA45C27EA8B9AB3A02A1031BB62C690C794C12D6BD57F542F5BAAfter simply importing the file into Organizer, without editing or savi
Photoshop 27.10.00 color bug conversion from Camera Raw. colors in photoshop are saturated! No match.
Noticed when using Xp-pen artist 12, when using the style it doesn’t scroll or gets stuck as if it’s on click and hold, until I use a mouse and it somehow moves with the mouse until I click it to release it, I wonder if this is just the program having a bug, or just an issue with the tablet. Mind you, I didn’t have this issue few days ago. Also, for some reason it also freezes after a while, not sure if that’s also a bug or Microsoft really sucks at coding.
Each time a raw photo is edited, then saved (Save as... jpeg), the new jpeg image (shown in a version set) displays the wrong time in the organizer, exactly 4 hours earlier than the original. But when I bring up the file properties in windows explorer (properties -> details), that still shows the correct time the photo was taken. The cameras being used to create these photos are set to the correct time zone and date/time, as is my PC. Is this a known bug, or do I just need to change a setting somewhere?
