When I open Editor within the prog - nothing happens. I understand that I need to uncheck Preferences Media-Analysis and Auto Sync but I cannot seem to do this as my keyboard doesn't react when I press Ctrl+K which is what I have been told to do. I cannot use the prog without this apparently so please can someone help me.

Hi Adobe Support Community,First time of my life that I am asking for help on an online forum! Here is my problem: I bought the Photoshop Elements + Premiere 2021 package that I installed on my Windows computer. I also took care of registering them in Adobe Creative Cloud. I recently bought a Mac on which I would like to install them to continue editing my pictures/films. Nonetheless, on my Adobe account, only the Windows version of the registered licence can be downloaded again. There is no option to download the Mac installer. And of course, on the Adobe website, the only available versions for download are the 2022 and 2023 ones (2021 is so old indeed...). Do you know if there is an official Adobe solution to solve this problem? I updated Mac OS inbto Tahoe and Adobe Photoshop Elements 2022 stopped working entirely. It just returns the following error message and refuses to open: Adobe Photoshop cannot run on this computer because the minimum system requirement is Mac OS X version My mac os version (after update) is Tahoe 26.0.1 and it runs on Apple M1 Max.

PS Elements Editor Workspace (PS Elements 2026 V26.3) will not open. Organizer opens but the Photo Editor Workspace starts then simply remains in what appears to be the opening process with the spinning icon.I have uninstalled / reinstalled (twice), I have also restarted the computer several times. I have searched the internet and tried several suggestions, none of which have rectified the problem.I had the same problem a couple of months ago and found a solution but have not been able to locate that solution this time. I may be wrong but I seem to recall it required a change to video/photo files.Edit: Windows 11 Latest updates installed. 32GB memory, Nvidia Geforce RTX 5060Ti, Lots of HD space available.

I am printing colour photos from a iMac to a Canon TR4755i printer but all are showing a warm/red bias especially on flesh tones. I am using Canon glossy paper but only have a generic printer profile listed for this paper. Other than individually editing each photo or using a more professional paper supplied with a profile is there anything I can do to correct the warm tones? Thank you.

I have been using PE 2026 since purchasing recently without any issues, but now I cannot load the program. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program and I can use it once then when I try again I cannot load it again. Can anyone help with this problem please?  

I have read the AI response to my question (Adobe Community - AI Answers) and been persistent and thorough but with no positive results. I have been promised a connection with an Advisor but Adobe just disconnects the AI Chat after saying that they looked for an advisor.I know my problem is common from the Internet traffic on this issue. I effectively cannot use Adobe Photoshop Elements 2026 because I get the following message when I try to open the app: “Could not initialize Photoshop because of program error.” This is computer speak for you can’t open the app so you can’t use it. I have used versions of Elements successfully for decades but I would like my money back and have no way to get it.

freezing only occurs in editor.    Always happens when I am editing photos.  Does not happen on opening photo but will usually occur when I have almost finished.  Extremely frustrating as I have to close my laptop down which results in loss of all the editing to my photo.   I have tried multiple suggested fixes,to no avail.  My Dell laptop meets all the necessary requirements for installing Elements.   Any help appreciated,

I upgraded to PS 26.  I save my photos as JPEG.  I have to repick JPEG every time because the program is defaulting to Photoshop as the file type.  How do I change to JPEG as the default?  Thanks.

I have already logged out of my old device. i have installed Elements 2020 on my new computer, but it keeps saying “The serial number is already in use by the maximum allowed computers. You need to deactivate another computer within 30 days to use this product.” I already did! How can I make my new computer believe me? I have reached out to support and they were of no use. I looked at my plans and products under manage my account and none are listed. Please help me! 

My original download link the from the store does not work any more and I don't have access to my account anymore. Does anyone know how where or how to download photoshop elements 2020 in this situation? Thank you!

Hi. Adobe Photoshop Elements 10 was activated on 2 computers. One of the computers is deactivated. It turns out there is one free activation. Why can't I activate on my new PC? In your personal account, ALL activations have been canceled.

Hello,I just dowloaded Photoshop Elements 2026 and I cannot anymore see the see the pics before and after at the same time, it this normal? The button offers only before or after, not anymore both together. If this is a bug I hope it will be fixed quickly, if it is normal then it is really a loss of functionality ! Is there an easy way to still see both together?  Thenks for any feedback!

Recently my computer failed and I lost all programs. When I try to install Photoshop Elements on new computer error message states serial number in use. The serial number is not in use as the computer disk drive with original install on is corrupted..

Installation de photoshop elements 2026 sur un deuxième ordi.  Mais l’application ne s’exécute PAS.Après passage chez un technicien informatique, il s’avère qu’avec un PROCESSEUR INTEL PENTIUM GOLD G6405 ce logiciel ne fonctionne pas. Le logiciel se ferme immédiatement avec un code exception 0xc000001d.Alors que faire avec un ordi configuré en Windows 11 64 bits ?

I cannot find all the styles I have in PSE2024 on my desktop, they show in the program but cannot find in my computer, is there a way to copy them from program to put in my new laptop? I don’t know where they are if still in computer.

I have a 2018 MacBook Pro, 2.9 Ghz IntelCore 9 with 32 meg of ram.  Old in computer years but still a great machine.  I upgraded to PE 26 from PE 25 and can't believe how slow it is when ever I resize an object.  I may go back to PE 25 as the new features don't outweigh the sluggish performance.  I am wondering if it is AI that is slowing it down on this machine and if I can turn that off.  Anything else I can do to speed it up?

As mentioned above Elements refuses to save to E: an internal drive claiming the file is locked but it will save to D: and C:.It even does this with new files trying to Save AsElements can save to C: then we can copy the file in Explorer to E:We can create, rename and delete files on E: at the command promptWord is able to save to E: When using File Save to E: we see a PSxxx.tmp file appear then disappear, then the error message appears.There is loads of disc space on all the drives.Just looking for inspiration. Thank you for your help. 

the 10 photos go into the photo bin and the same photos open upin the work area at once

In right top corner of thumbnail their is a symbol of a music note. If you click on it the dialogue box title is RelatedSound. I want to get rid of it. There is no sould associated with these photos. I cannot figure out how to delete it. Any ideas?
