Can't install Photoshop Elements 2019

I have just bought a new computer which has Windows 11 on it. I want to install my licenced version of Photoshop Elements 2019 on it. I have gone to the download page and got the installer. When I run the installer it gets to the question "Do I want to install" I click yes and nothing happens it just stops. I have tried running this installer as admin but no difference. Is the installer faulty or am I doing something wrong?

Go to your system file explorer , find the exe file in your downloads, and check what the exe file properties, in the compatibility tab is pointing to

I am having the same problem and this did not fix it. the installer window pulls up and is just white and then nothing happens.

Plain white screens like that can generally be fixed doing one of two things.

1. Turn your computer all the way off for a few minutes.
OR
2. ensure your video card drivers are up to date.

Then do the install
