Hello everyone

I own a few licences of PS Elements 2018, 2019, 2020

I activated these licences on many computers along time, but those computers are gone now and I can't access them

In the past, I could see in my account in the "activated devices" menu a list of all computers using the licence and I could dissconect them

Now, it is empty and I cannot deactivate them nor access those computers

I got a now computer in which, obviously, I cannot activate my PS Elelements 2018 anymore

How do I go around this? Is there any solution?

Support is telling me that my software is too old and there is no support 😞 nor they can access information about these licences (oh....Adobe, very nice 😞

thank you

The activated devices applies to creative cloud stuff, not PSE.

You are out of luck here.

Adobe changed their policy on resetting activations last june (The can't do it any longer).

PSE 2025 is only sale right now- works out to $1.94 per month.
PSE 2025 will stop working 3 years after you install it (PSE now comes with a 3 year use limit).
