From that historical vantage point, my initial reaction to the engineering roadmap for Adobe Elements 2027 is quite simply, "Wow."

As an active contributor here, I am incredibly eager to rigorously test the new processing frameworks within Adobe Elements 2027 under intense production loads to see how they hold up under real-world pressure.

I would like to see, option to create a Custom Workspace. And also, I hope there is a setting in this version that will allow you to disable the floating box you have to press “ok” then the other floating box that they comes up after that one to then press the “place” button. (fyi these floating boxes are NOT the “contextual task bar”. The one’s that I am referencing come up and must be “clicked” before a new layer is “placed”. This craziness feature began with v2026. No matter what you do, it will always come back.Yes, I know you can “pin” it but no matter where you pin it, its always in the way…..or with my five 52” monitors on my MACos M2chip studio, that things is always “lost” some where. As an original Elements version 1 user and used every version through 2026…..I am an expert and do not need the floating box confirmations for new layer placement. ugh….. hahaha Can you tell that I do not like that feature? 

Will the new 2027 version convert HEIC files to JPEG?

2027 created great unstabilty on my PC, so I uninstalled it. Can this issue be fixed?

Check the Remove Tool.  Seriously riddled with bugs.  Sometimes just erases the selection without filling in; other times I get a “Could not complete your request because of a program error” message.  How can this happen?  Do better Adobe.

The generative expand is simply phenomenal!
