I requested cancellation on the same day that I purchased a free trail and you have been charging me £29.96 since March. I would like a full refund as this is theft

Lors de la souscription, il était clairement indiqué que je bénéficiais de 7 jours d’essai gratuit et que je ne serais pas facturée si je résiliais avant la fin de cette période.Or, j’ai été prélevée immédiatement, alors que j’ai résilié mon abonnement juste après l’avoir souscrit, le jour même.Je souhaite donc obtenir le remboursement intégral de la somme prélevée, puisque les conditions de l’essai gratuit n’ont pas été respectées.Merci de bien vouloir procéder au remboursement dans les meilleurs délais.

The USER name is not me. The email address is correct. I am unable to correct the USER name as it states I do not have administrative permission.

I already have a premium subscription but the acrobat app doesn’t recognise it and it says free user. I’ve reinstalled the app twice and logged in but the issue still persists. 

A subscription was activated on my account by mistake, even though I had cancelled it before any charges were processed. As a result, I was granted the subscription without any payment being taken. Now, you are attempting to charge my card for an annual subscription—but there is no money on that card, and there never will be! Please cancel the subscription and stop any attempts to charge my card.

Como digo en el título, he perdido todo mi documento. De las 91 páginas, algunas se encuentra en blanco y sin subrayar. Por favor, ayúdenme porque estoy desesperada. Hay alguna forma de rescatarlo o restaurarlo?

Hello Adobe Community,I use Adobe Acrobat Premium on an iPhone 13 Pro Max. I have hundreds of PDF documents belonging to different architecture and design projects (PROJECT 17 through PROJECT 24).My files are stored both locally on my iPhone and in Adobe Cloud Storage.I need to organize all these documents into separate project folders in bulk, without selecting or moving each PDF individually.For example, searching for PROJECT 20 shows approximately 195 results, including 99 in Adobe Cloud Storage and 96 on my iPhone.I have already created project folders in Adobe Cloud Storage. However, I cannot find a way to select all search results and move them together into the corresponding folder using the Acrobat iOS app.I have also tried the Acrobat website using Safari and Opera on my iPhone, without success.Could you please explain:Is there a way to bulk-select PDF files based on their filenames and move them into folders using only an iPhone? Is there a way to move locally stored Acrobat

I have been charged for a subscription on 15th October 2026 - today through an auto debit mandate for a cancelled subscription. This payment is not reflected in my plans. I want refund of the amount $106.99 AUD

Tem 2 dias que do nada o serviço de leitura do app parou de funcionar com as vozes online, já reinstalei, resetei telefone, coloquei em uns 3 wifi diferente, usei 5g, 4g, limpei cache e nada resolve

Over the last few weeks I have been reading some papers and noticed that when I leave them open when my android tablet is in sleep mode (turned off but not shut down). Adobe completely deletes the file. It isn’t in the bin folder or anywhere else on the device. This is especially frustrating since I was annotating the pages and those notes are lost now. 

Just now I scanned one book. One a blank unwanted page also was scanned. Now I want to delete the same. I am using free Acrobat for mobile. Now I want delete same unwanted page only. How to delete it? AI Assistant gave me the answer, but it seems wrong as that is not working.Sudhakar Malpekar  

Hi,  I want to link my OneDrive to Adobe Acrobat on Android but it gives this message: Failed to link OneDrive, please contact IT admin for consent. I don't think I have a problem with my account because I can connect the same OneDrive account to Acrobat Reader on Windows and it works properply. I hope you can help me find a solution.
