How can I use your app to sign a contract online without downloading it

• The exact message you see when it doesn’t allow you to sign.

• Whether you are on a phone, tablet, or computer, and which browser or app you are using.

Whether you can sign without downloading depends on how the contract reached you:

• If it came as an email link from Adobe Acrobat Sign or Request E-Signature, you can usually open it in your browser and sign there, without downloading an app. For more information, please check the help page https://adobe.ly/47tfG78

• If it is a PDF file, you can sign it in your browser with our online tool: Fill and sign PDFs online. Upload the PDF, add your signature, and follow the on-screen steps. A free Adobe account may be needed to download the signed copy.
