Good day. I am kindly asking for your consideration for a refund of my subscription of your Pro version of the app. I forgot to cancel the 7-day free trial before it ends. My Gcash was charged with the amount of ₱1,624.00 as the 1 year subscription of the app.  I understand that it is not easy to make a refund decision immediately but I hope to be considered as I am still a student and I can't afford to make such huge amount of purchase. I really am hoping to be refunded as I need the money for my tuition fee for my college studies. I have no means to purchase such huge amount of money. I really need the money for my studies. I just forgot to cancel before the free trial ends. Please help me with the refund. I can't afford that amount and accidentally purchased the 1 year subscription and forgot to cancel the free trial. When I download pdf files from my device it want password to open and I forget it, how do I recover or remove it?

Greetings,  I would have replied to my initial post, but its locked, so I have to make a new one.My Acrobat Adobe account says I have a premium subscription, which is in the 7-day Trial. However, when I go to manage subscription the App Store shows no sign of the subscription, despite the fact that I signed up on my iPad. I even double checked my Google Play account, and there is not sign of the subscription there. How do I cancel the subscription when the places to cancel it do not show it exists?I do not wish to be charged repeatedly for something I don’t have the means to cancel. Greetings, I just signed up for a 7-day trial for Acrobat Reader Mobile. I tried to go back and cancel the subscription, but when I go to my subscriptions in the App Store, it does not show the subscription. However, when I look at the actually app it shows that I am subscribed. How do I cancel the subscription when the place to cancel it does not acknowledge my use of the app?Please help before the trial is over. Best,Christine Sanders 

Hello Adobe Support,I am experiencing an issue with Adobe Acrobat Premium on Android.My subscription is active through Google Play, and inside the app it clearly shows that Premium is enabled.However, whenever I try to use the “Edit Page” feature, I receive a red error message saying “Processing failed.” This happens with all PDFs, including a brand-new blank PDF created inside the app.Viewing PDFs works normally. Unable to utilize the paid version of Adobe Acrobat Reader: Sign PDF to complete a USCIS form. This makes no sense why it is telling me “This form requires Adobe Acrobat Reader DC for Mac or Windows.”So essentially my “$69.99” annual subscription is not enough, Adobe wanted me to pay another “$19.99/month” for a subscription on my computer as well.  This program is a rip off and shame on greedy Adobe. I just need to complete a form. So upset with corporate greed nowadays. 

I was downloading , I needed a p d f for my files , and I downloaded them to my thousand I went to recover them to open them up , and it had a password , I don't know how that happened , I never created it

Does anyone know if it's possible to view layers of a PDF file on my tablet.  These files worked on a laptop but I cannot figure out how to select layers when I open the file in Adobe on my tablet.  It seems there is no option for it. 

Hello Adobe community, Does anyone know how to fix extremely small Adobe signatures? When I set up the document for signatures I made nice and big sign fields, but when the document came back I got extremely small signatures, and not in the correct space where I placed the sign fields. The lender that I am using to purchase a house just sent back the document asking me to resign. I set up the signatures on my iPad pro. 

hello! I am so sorry for my mistake, i forgot to cancel my subscription due to hard time in university. i read there is free refund i you cancel within 14 days, but how can i request the refund? Please, i am a student with low budget, please understand. i read the article you answered on other questions but still dont understand where should i send the request! please help

Eu instalei o aplicativo Adobe, mais n sabia e nem fui avisado que eles iria descontar um valor de uma assinatura no débito automático, e eu cancelei a assinatura mais até agora não fui reembolsado do valor descontado, e tenho que receber esse valor de volta porque era pra algo importante!!

It just started happening when i want to open a pdf file with adobe , but instead it just turns out black . I also tried to uninstall and install it again but it did not help. 

I’ve login and went to manage my account did everything I was supposed to do then it takes me to another screen to sign in again with my email but won’t let me login. And I just want to cancel my monthly subscription I no longer use it

I did one month subscription on 17th of February my next payment was due on 17th March for next one month  But I got charged 69.99 € annual subscription on 26th February which i dont intend to pay or continue as I got much cheaper option for that.Also at the time of initial subscription I was told that i would get a reminder 2 days prior to my next payment. I never got any reminder for taking one whole year subscription from my account.Kindly refund this amount as soon as possible as im not availing the service which I got charged for
