I would like a refund for my subscription I attempted to cancel the subscription but the cancellation wasn't working and now $144.99 has been taken from my account.

I would like to cancel this subscription being I didn't know that I had it?? In doing so I would like a refund for the charges made on my account.

Hi Team,  

Request you to please refund my 2600 which was accidentally transaction and wrongly deduction from my saving account, Even I have canceled the subscription too within 14 days as per policy,  Hence request you to please initiate the refund process asap.

Hi ,

This is request to get my refund as I am suffering between 2 organization
as abobe says if the customer cancel the subscription within 14 days of
purchase date then customer will get full refund and another side other
company company says the same for refund

But as per your customer care resolution I am not eligible to get refund
because my transaction was done through android store even as per policy of
android policy I am not meet the policy parameters to get the refund while
they ( Google) says to that within 14 days customer have right to get the
refund.


I did not still received the refund , does is it the trap of 2 organization
for customer , I Don't think this correct principal of legal rights of
customer

Request you to raise it to the top management of your organization and
convey it to the android or Google so that this kind of wrong practicing
will closed for atleast customer

Hi there ,

 i made the subcriptions last march 26 but because of  misunderstanding of amount to subscribe i cancelled it  right away..it was 69.00€
  and its already deducted to my account..

  i hipe i will recieve my refund..
