Request for Refund for Accidental Annual Subscription

Good day.

 

I am kindly asking for your consideration for a refund of my subscription of your Pro version of the app. I forgot to cancel the 7-day free trial before it ends. My Gcash was charged with the amount of ₱1,624.00 as the 1 year subscription of the app. 

 

I understand that it is not easy to make a refund decision immediately but I hope to be considered as I am still a student and I can't afford to make such huge amount of purchase.

 

I really am hoping to be refunded as I need the money for my tuition fee for my college studies. I have no means to purchase such huge amount of money. I really need the money for my studies. I just forgot to cancel before the free trial ends.

 

Please help me with the refund. I can't afford that amount and accidentally purchased the 1 year subscription and forgot to cancel the free trial. Google Play won't allow me to refund that's why I am humbly asking ffor your consideration.

 

Attached below are proofs of payment and purchases. Please let me know if you need more proofs and information regarding this request.

I cancelled the subscription still adobe messaged me that it will get cancelled after a year, i want my refund, as i have cancelled it before 14 days from the day i took the free trial , first you deducted money while the 7 days free trial , and i cancelled it on 25th may 2026 after just 5 days and still you are not cancelling it just not to give me my money

Hello,

I am kindly asking for your consideration for a refund of my subscription of your Pro version of the app. I forgot to cancel the 7-day free trial before it ends. My Wells Fargo was charged with the amount of $19.99 month subscription and when I go to cancel it, it says it will charge me $99.00

 

I understand that it is not easy to make a refund/cancellation decision immediately but I hope to be considered as I am still a student and I can't afford to make such a large amount of charges when I only used it twice when I first signed up.

 

I really am hoping to be refunded as I need the money for my tuition/college fees. I just forgot to cancel before the free trial ends. If you could please help me with the refund/cancellation as I cannot afford it.

Good day.

I am writing to formally request a refund for my recent Adobe subscription purchase. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I am no longer able to continue using the service, and I would like to request a cancellation along with a refund for the amount charged.

Kindly assist me with the refund process and inform me of any necessary steps or requirements to proceed. I forgot to cancel the 7-day free trial before it ends. Hope you are doing well and I'm really sorry for the stress this has caused, especially with school on the line. 
 

A couple of things to know up front: Adobe's annual plans purchased through the App Store are billed by Apple, not Adobe directly, so the refund has to go through Apple. The good news is Apple does grant refunds for situations like this, especially when a trial converts to a paid plan and you weren't ready for it.
 

Here's what I'd recommend doing right away:

1.Request a refund from Apple: Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Adobe charge, and select "Request a refund." 

2.Cancel the subscription so it doesn't renew again next year.: On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > tap your name at the top >Subscriptions >find Adobe >tap Cancel Subscription. 

3.For the future, when you only need Adobe for one school document, ask your school first, most schools and universities offer Adobe Creative Cloud to students. 
 

About your App Store being blocked: once you either get the refund or the charge clears, that hold should lift and you'll be able to download apps again. Cancelling the subscription on its own won't undo the existing charge, so the refund request is required.
 

I hope this gets resolved quickly for you.

The issue is I didn't purchase anything, my money was not taken. And I did go through the adobe app as far as I'm aware, but since it changed to the annual plan and I didn't have the money in my bank account it now says I have a outstanding payment so I can't download or buy on my App Store without paying for the subscription first. I'm just wondering if there's a way you can cancel my subscription (I already have but I still have a outstanding balance) and see if that makes it go away or if I do have to go to Apple support.
