The name on my account is incorrect. I do not seem to have admin abilities in order to change it.

I hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out. I understand how frustrating it is to see a name that isn’t yours on your account and not be able to correct it.

Since this involves your account details, we can’t change them from the community forum. Here are two things you can check:

• Sign in at account.adobe.com/profile. Under Account & Security, check whether the Change option is available next to your profile name. Please check the detailed steps here: Manage your Adobe account profile.
• If the message about administrative permission appears there, it would help to know whether this account was set up through a school or workplace. In that case, the name may be managed by that organization’s administrator, who would need to update it.
