Question

Gracias.

    Un saludo.

    Hi @graceful_Wavea24e

I hope you are doing well, and thanks for the update and for sharing these details. I understand how stressful this is, especially with no other copy of the file.

Since the pages also appear blank in other apps, the blank pages appear to be in the saved file itself and not only in how Acrobat displays it. Because of that, the most useful next step is to look for an earlier copy of the file. Could you please check the following?

    • The original source of the PDF, such as an email attachment, a download link, a messaging app or another person you received it from, so it can be downloaded again.

    • Any cloud backup that may be enabled on your tablet, such as Google Drive for an earlier version of the file.

As a precaution, it would help to avoid saving further changes to this file or clearing the app data until you have checked these.

    Hope this will help

    ~Amal

    Hi @graceful_Wavea24e

I hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out. I understand how concerning it is to see pages in your 91-page document turn blank or incomplete after highlighting, especially when the file is important to you.

To help you better, could you please share the following?

    • Which device and operating system are you using (iPhone, iPad or Android), and what is the OS version?

    • Which version of Adobe Acrobat Reader is installed?

    • Where was the file stored (on the device, in Adobe Document Cloud, or another cloud service)?

    • Do the pages appear blank in other PDF viewers too, or only in Acrobat Reader?

In the meantime, it would help if you avoid overwriting or deleting the current file. If you have an earlier copy, such as in your email, cloud storage, or a device backup, please keep it, as it may contain the complete pages. If the file was in Adobe Document Cloud, you can also sign in at https://adobe.ly/4inVZ6Q with your Adobe ID and check whether the version stored there looks complete.

We’re here to help; we just need more info.

    Regards,
    Amal
