How can I bulk move hundreds of PDFs into folders on iPhone?
Hello Adobe Community,
I use Adobe Acrobat Premium on an iPhone 13 Pro Max. I have hundreds of PDF documents belonging to different architecture and design projects (PROJECT 17 through PROJECT 24).
My files are stored both locally on my iPhone and in Adobe Cloud Storage.
I need to organize all these documents into separate project folders in bulk, without selecting or moving each PDF individually.
For example, searching for PROJECT 20 shows approximately 195 results, including 99 in Adobe Cloud Storage and 96 on my iPhone.
I have already created project folders in Adobe Cloud Storage. However, I cannot find a way to select all search results and move them together into the corresponding folder using the Acrobat iOS app.
I have also tried the Acrobat website using Safari and Opera on my iPhone, without success.
Could you please explain:
- Is there a way to bulk-select PDF files based on their filenames and move them into folders using only an iPhone?
- Is there a way to move locally stored Acrobat files to Adobe Cloud Storage in bulk?
- If the iOS app does not support this, is there another solution that does not require a computer?
I would appreciate clear, step-by-step instructions for iPhone.
Thank you very much for your assistance.
