Bonjour.  Mon but est d'emprunter des livres numériques.  Je me suis créé un compte Adobe et j'ai installé Adobe Digital Editions 4.5.  Lorsque j'essaie d'autoriser mon ordinateur, j'ai un message me disant "ID ou mot de passe incorrect pour ce fournisseur d'ebook. Réessayez", mais toutes les informations sont bien entrées.  Savez-vous comment régler le problème?Merci!-----Hello.  My goal is to borrow digital books.  I created an Adobe account and installed Adobe Digital Edition 4.5.  When I try to authorize my computer, I get a message saying " ID or password incorrect for this ebook provider. Adobe digital 4.5 blijft hangen tijdens kopieren van boeken naar KOBO reader; boek wordt wel naar KOBO gekopieerd maar Adobe moet steeds geforceerd gestopt worden…wat kan ik doen? Ik had eerder nooit geen problemen met AdobeIk heb nu wel een Macbook waar ik de nieuwe versie van Adobe op geinstalleerd heb

Bonjour,Hier soir en voulant télécharger des Ebooks achetés sur le site de la FNAC, et en installant ADOBE DIGITAL EDITIONS sur mon ordinateur, ma mère a coché la case “Je souhaite autoriser mon ordinateur sans ID” sur son ordinateurElle arrive à télécharger les livres sur son ordinateur, mais je ne peux pas les télécharger sur ma tablette ou sur mon ordinateur.Ma mère a fait plusieurs fois la manipulation que vous conseillez avec la touche Windows + R et supprimer “Adept” dans l’éditeur ouvert.Rien n’y faitQue doit faire ma mère pour débloquer la situation ?Merci de votre aide

Hi,I'm unable to authorize my computer in Adobe Digital Editions 4.5.12.I can successfully log into my Adobe account on the Adobe website using my email address and password, but when I enter the exact same credentials in ADE (eBook Vendor: Adobe ID) to authorize my computer, I always get the error:"Incorrect login ID or password for the selected eBook vendor. Please try again."Here's what I've already tried:Reset my Adobe password twice. Verified that I can log into my Adobe account in a web browser with the same email and password. Confirmed that I'm using Adobe ID (not anonymous authorization). Two-factor authentication is disabled. I'm using Adobe Digital Editions 4.5.12.Despite all of this, ADE still refuses to authorize my computer.Has anyone experienced this or found a solution?Thanks!

I have installed Adobe Digital Edition for epub reading. When I use ADE to open the .acsm file, the image presented on ADE is too small, I tried to change the size but it won't work. How do I get technical support to help me on this?

Hello,I want to transfer my ADE account to ByteBooks. However, when I try to create the ByteBooks account, it says there is no ADE account with that e-mail address. I have copied the e-mail address directly from my ADE, so there cannot be a spelling error (and I used my ADE credentials to log in here).The customer support started out answering very quickly (and suggesting to recheck the e-mail address) but now they are ghosting me. I have not gotten any reply in over one week.Anyone else have that problem? Any solutions?Anyone else know how to get any response from ByteBooks? 

I am from Hong Kong. As indicated by Adobe, the ebook service will transition to Bytebooks. However when I tried to logon to Bytebooks website, it show nothing but a blank page. I have sent email to Wipro support email address provided by Adobe, but no response received. Today when I try to logon again, I got message that I am blocked from access. It said “403 ERRORThe request could not be satisfied.The Amazon CloudFront distribution is configured to block access from your country. We can't connect to the server for this app or website at this time. There might be too much traffic or a configuration error. Try again later, or contact the app or website owner.If you provide content to customers through CloudFront, you can find steps to troubleshoot and help prevent this error by reviewing the CloudFront documentation.” It is all normal when the ebook service under Adobe directly, if it transfer to Bytebooks and users from certain countries or regions that are used to be able to connect

I recently purchased a new HP Pavilion Windows 11 Home desktop. I downloaded the ADE 4.5 software.  I am able to download the books, which are in the .acsm file format. However, once I download the books, I cannot open them, the menu on ADE does not work at all, and I can't even close the software unless I use Task Manager to end the task. After using Task Manager, I reopen the ADE software but the books do not show in the Library, so I have to redownload them but then the ADE software freezes again. I have taken the following steps: *Deauthorized the ADE from my previous Windows 10 computer and authorized my  Windows 11 computer with Adobe ID.*Uninstalled and reinstalled the ADE software four times*Checked to ensure that ADE is the default app for .acsm files I have been trying to read Freading books from my library, but I am at a loss at what to do. Can someone help me with this issue? Thank you.

When I click on the book I'm asked to log in with my Adobe ID, but I always receive the notive that an error has occured with the authorization (E_STREAM_ERROR: CURL returned 60(3C)). Nevertheless, I'm 100% sure the login and password is correct. Could anyone help me with that problem? Thanks!

I used the ADE for a long time...without problems. Suddenly it didn´t work any longer. So I made a de-installation and downloaded it und installed it. Everything fine, but when i try to open the program, there is ....nothing....doens´t open....any idea?

NOT OneDrive - I've uninstalled OneDrive, but Digital Editions keeps putting its folder NOT in My Documents, but in OneDrive>MyDocuments - NO NO NO! how do I fix this?  I was reading over the other questions and 1) being told we can’t move the MyDigitalEditions folder manually or tell it where to put the books, but also none of the actual posts have any ANSWERS! HELP

I’ve just downloaded Adobe Editions and followed all the instructions correctly to borrow a book from my public library, but as soon as I connect my reader through the USB, Adobe Editions shut down and every time I open it, it turns off after 1-2 seconds. I deinstalled it and reinstalled it; and it keeps on bugging, doing the same thing

I've seen a few older threads on this, but none of those solutions are working for me so I figured I'd post. My Adobe Digital Editions (4.5) will no longer open on my work laptop running (Windows 10 Pro). Solutions I've tried from other threads:-Uninstalling/reinstalling -Running as administrator-Renaming the My Digital Editions Folder-Deleting the My Digital Editions Folder-Installing the program to Program Files instead of Program Files (x86)-Renaming/creating a new folder within Program Files to install to-Downloading an older edition (I could not find a non-sketchy link to 3.0, but I found a 4.0 and had no better luck with it) When I click the icon, it literally does nothing. Not even an error or opening a blank screen. It does not show that the program is running (I'd seen some people suggest their problem was that the app was open but running in a disconnected second monitor screen. I've never connected this laptop to a second monitor, but task manager doesn't show
