ADE transfer to ByteBooks not working
Hello,
I want to transfer my ADE account to ByteBooks. However, when I try to create the ByteBooks account, it says there is no ADE account with that e-mail address. I have copied the e-mail address directly from my ADE, so there cannot be a spelling error (and I used my ADE credentials to log in here).
The customer support started out answering very quickly (and suggesting to recheck the e-mail address) but now they are ghosting me. I have not gotten any reply in over one week.
Anyone else have that problem? Any solutions?
Anyone else know how to get any response from ByteBooks?
