E_ADEPT_DOCUMENT_TYPE_UNKNOWN - Tried All Suggested Solution, Can't Fix
Dear Adobe Experts,
I am encountering an issue when attempting to open an ACSM file downloaded from Google Play in Adobe Digital Editions. The error message "E_ADEPT_DOCUMENT_TYPE_UNKNOWN" appears. I have tried various solutions found online, including reauthorizing the software, re-downloading the file, updating the registry, and reinstalling Adobe Digital Editions, but none have resolved the issue.
The software was functioning correctly a few weeks ago, but now it fails to open both new and existing ACSM files. Any assistance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
