Can’t access to Bytebooks

I am from Hong Kong. As indicated by Adobe, the ebook service will transition to Bytebooks. However when I tried to logon to Bytebooks website, it show nothing but a blank page. I have sent email to Wipro support email address provided by Adobe, but no response received. Today when I try to logon again, I got message that I am blocked from access. It said “

403 ERROR

The request could not be satisfied.

The Amazon CloudFront distribution is configured to block access from your country. We can't connect to the server for this app or website at this time. There might be too much traffic or a configuration error. Try again later, or contact the app or website owner.
If you provide content to customers through CloudFront, you can find steps to troubleshoot and help prevent this error by reviewing the CloudFront documentation.”

It is all normal when the ebook service under Adobe directly, if it transfer to Bytebooks and users from certain countries or regions that are used to be able to connect are now blocked and unable to use the service, what can user do, especially if Wipro didn’t give a single reply.  Thank you.

I think that Wipro completely messed up the cutover and their website's transition help and registration pages (https://dtsbytebooks.com/transition-help) are broken since last couple of days. I sent them an email for clarifying a few point 12 fays ago and complete radio silence from their end. As long as the ADE is working with prior authorization, we're good.

I am quite sure they (Bytebooks) have blocked access for my country/region, as I heard from others (not from my region) using the same ebook seller on the seller’s social media page, they are totally fine accessing the website , even the support team of the seller  confirm normal in the country/region where their head office is. However, the most important thing is, it is totally fine for me now under Adobe’s operating, if I am blocked from accessing the website, I am afraid I will be also blocked from accessing the ebook service which I am using, it is my biggest concern, and I really need Adobe official support team to clarify and answer it, they have the obligation to ensure service is not interrupted for all users from all around the world as before the handing over to Bytebooks. And I hardly find one, I can only find the AI support which can’t answer near all my questions I asked, and I don’t know how to contact human support via that AI robot.

And you are right, “As long as the ADE is working with prior authorization, we're good.”, but I don’t know if I could download new ebook after the handing over even I keep the authorization untouched.

As mentioned in my question, I have send email to Wipro with exact this email address, and nothing is received back, no reply at all.
