P: Camera Raw Dialog is too large on Windows recommended scaling

the first image is not in full screen mode. the second image is in full screen mode.

photoshop CC has been running fine for me for a long time. ever since this new most recent update, the camera raw filter window has been larger than my computer screen. at first, it was super wide. i hovered my mouse over the edge of the window and i brought it in as far as it will go. i tried using the full screen option, but half of the histogram is cut off. the smallest available size for that camera raw window is still too big. is there a way to make it fit on my screen like it did last week and before?

running windows 10 by the way.

Yeah i'm having the same issue except i'm on the newest platform 12.2 Camer Raw with the most updated version of the Windows 10 system. I just purchased Adobe Cloud so it sucks to not be able to find a clear solution & the fact that it's getting overlooked for so long from Adobe. With my laptop I can't even access a minimization tab to even move the tab off screen. I have to force stop task in task manager just to get out of the failed Camera Raw scaling.

This issue sound to be relay persistent. After 3 years of this thread: I am experiencing the same issue with my brand-new laptop + brand new last version 2021 version of the photoshop. The camera raw is too big! I tried all the solutions in this thread. The only working solution is to change the scale preference of my system and sacrifice all the other application to rescue my Adobe Camera raw. This is my first month with personal adobe, shall I switch back where I came from? N.B: I know how photoshop work from my workstation, but this is the first time I install it in my personal laptop as I used to relay on other software.
