P: Remove Tool Pins Disappear/Reappear in some instances

When using the Remove tool, the borders and pins don't always appear. I have to hover over the "show overlay on hover" text on the right to make them show up, and then sometimes they disppear. This is a new issue with 17.4. This was not an issue with prevous verisons of ACR. See video attached.

@Wes Duenkel

If you are able to reproduce consistently and have a good set of reproduction instructions, a separate thread is in order. After the cross-referenced bug was fixed, I could no longer reproduce your original report on any of my devices.

@Rikk Flohr: Photography I see this post is flagged as "Fixed." For me, it's not. Do I need to create a new post with this issue?

This doesn't help you but I don't experience this problem. I'm out of ideas I'm afraid.

Nope. That has no affect for me. I literally have to hover between the side panel and the image multiple times to get the pins to appear.

Press "V" to show the overlay.

Also you may have "Show Overlay on Hover" checked in the Remove Panel:

This is still an issue with me. I have to move the mouse around to get the pins to appear. It's pretty random. I also often cannot see the "overlay" or "outline" of the brush. In other words, this update did not address the issue I have.

Interesting. It often takes a few tries to reproduce. If I change panels to edit, then it happens again. I haven't been able to reproduce an exact sequence just yet, but, as you can see in the video, something definitely is wrong.
