P: wrong orientation while editing in PS

I have some problems with orientation in combination with external editing.

- I import my CR2-files in Lightroom (5D II files, full size, DNG or CR2 doesn't matter)
- I go to Develop
- I right click and do Transform -> Flip Horizontal
- I right click and do Edit In -> Edit In Adobe Photoshop CS 5.1
- In Photoshop, the photo opens upside down and I have to rotate the image 180 degrees, to get it right.

The problem exists in Lightroom < 3.3, 3.4, 3.4.1 but also in 3.5 RC.

Brilliant report, thank you Hans. I've been able to replicate that here too, and it looks like the flip horizontal and flip vertical commands are switched between LR and ACR. Should be an easy one for the engineers to reproduce, thanks to you!

Although I can't replicate on my Win7 64bit LR3.4.1/CS5 system. Works just fine...

Ah, ok, might be Mac only in that case. That's useful to know.

The bug occurs on Mac and Win, but it occurs only with portrait oriented images (does not occur with landscape oriented images). Thanks for the report Hans (and thanks for your help, Victoria).

This issue is solved in Lightroom 4 and later.
