ACR Radial Filter recent version

With the recent version of ACR I have found the radial mask tool has regressed. In previous versions, once I dropped the initial mask onto the image I could easily manipulate size and location of the mask, as well as the feather and utilize the various sliders. Now, unless I place it exactly where it is needed, I have to delete and try again. The mask can be sized bigger and smaller, but can't be grabbed and moved to make minor or major corrections to placement. In short, my work flow has been severely impacted by reverting to what seems like a Beta version of what was a really effective tool.  I am using Windows 10 with the lastest ACR version. Any chance this will be addressed in the near future. I doubt I am the only user impacted by this issue.

You add or subtract from the mask using a brush to paint in or out the mask, kind of like in Photoshop's masking. You'll see this option under the Radial Mask with the options (type Shift K).

This is part of the new masking behavior, so no, it's very unlikely it will revert back.
