What happens when you click on the link?

What version of macOS or Mac OS X are you using?

Do you have Photoshop CS6?

Did you try Help>Updates from within Photoshop CS6 to get camera raw 9.1.1?

When I click on this link, I only get the message shown in the screenshot below.

I have macOS Mojave and Photoshop CS6.

And of course i tried to use Help>Updates from within Photoshop CS6 to get camera raw 9.1.1.
I got answer: 

"Photoshop Camera Raw 9.1.1(CS6)
There was an error downloading this update. Please quit and try again later. Error Code: U43M1D207"
