Hi,

We're sorry about the trouble with Camera Raw. Would you mind sharing a screenshot of the Camera Raw interface so that we can see what's happening?

You can try re-installing the Camera Raw plug-in using the installer available here: https://helpx.adobe.com/camera-raw/kb/camera-raw-plug-in-installer.html

You can also try resetting the Camera Raw preferences using the steps mentioned here: https://helpx.adobe.com/camera-raw/using/camera-raw-settings.html#ResetCameraRawpreferences

Let us know how it goes!

Regards,

Nikunj
