Cannot find GPU Config

The graphics acceleration on my Mac Pro OS X 11.2.2  with my Radeon Pro 560 is not functioning 

 

When I go to Application Support/Adobe/CameraRaw/

 

there is supposed to be a GPU folder containing the GPU config file. 

The GPU folder is missing. 

Any suggestions why and how to fix it.
