Hi there,
The Canon 1Dx Mark III has been recently announced. Normally, it takes a few of weeks for our developers of add full support of a new camera in our applications once the camera has been released. We do not have any official timeline for the Canon 1Dx Mark III for now.
Please stay tuned. You can visit link below to see the list of cameras recently added to the applications after the next update to check if the camera has been added.

Is there any update on this? I know that the EOS-1Dx Mark III RAW image files are now supported (.CR3), but Premiere still can't read the RAW video files (.CRM). Canon has decided not to update their Cinema RAW Development application to support this camera, so we will have no way of transcoding the RAW video to edit in Premiere. The only way to use this camera and Premiere will be if Adobe updates the software to be able to read the RAW files natively (in the same way it reads C200 files currently). Adobe, are there plans to make this update? Thanks!!!

It's unlikely Adobe will answer your question, more than above, until there is a solution.
However, I noticed LR and PS were updated to support the 1Dx III a couple weeks ago, but my Premier was updated only just today. Have you tried Premier since its more recent update, something more recent than two weeks ago?

I have tried with today's build of Premiere and still no support. Good looking out, though!
