(Fresh Install: W11 installed roughly 8 hours ago, graphics updated, WUpdate reports no updates)
Program: Adobe Bridge Beta -> Camera Raw (v17.5.0.2318)
Required Presteps: Enable Experimental AI and restart Bridge/Camera Raw
Steps:
1. Select any DNG File to open from Adobe Bridge
2. Click the "Crop" button
Crash.
Occurs with any DNG File (tried with multiple camera-created files)
Fixes Attempted:
1. Clear Cache [Still Crashes]
2. Delete Cache Folder completely [Still Crashes]
3. Change Cache Location [Still Crashes]
4. Switch to Full GPU (Open and Save) [Still Crashes]
5. Disable all GPU [Still Crashes]
6. Switch between Bridge (Beta) and Bridge (Production) [Still Crashes]
7. Try an NEF File [Still Crashes]
8. Reboot PC Completely [Still Crashes]
9. Reinstall Bridge [Still Crashes]
10. Force update all drivers [Still Crashes]
As far as I can tell, the Generative Expand Function is crashing Camera RAW/Adobe Bridge. I even tried to use Camera RAW from Photoshop and Photoshop (Beta), and it still crashes. As soon as you disable AI Features in Bridge, Crop works again. This doesn't occur in Lightroom (but Lightroom doesn't have the new AI Functions, oddly enough).
