Problem with Camera Raw 16.5

Hello,

I'm using Camera Raw 16.5 and want to create a subject mask.

It doesn't work and I get the following error message:

"The AI ​​selection model cannot be loaded."

The same thing happens with the background mask.

The sky mask works.

What could be the reason for this?

Hey, @dirk_0485. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll move this to discussions for now & help you figure this out. Please share the system info from Photoshop Help > System info > Copy & paste into a text document > upload & attach here. 

In Photoshop, press & hold the CTRL + ALT key and go to Edit > Preferences > Camera Raw Preferences and select 'Yes' when prompted to reset Camera Raw preferences.
