Hi there,

You can check for updates to Camera Raw in Photoshop Elements 2018 by going to the Help menu > Updates.

The last Camera Raw version update released for Photoshop Elements 2018 was Camera Raw version 10.0. The application would not be able to support a version higher than the last released version.

Please check the article linked below for Camera Raw verions supported by the various versions of the Adobe applications.
